She is very easy to talk to, nothing phases her and nothing is too much trouble. She is efficient, always contactable and we were kept informed of progress and any issues immediately. I would highly recommend Tracey at Frobishers who was an absolute treasure in selling my father in laws house. Tracy went above and beyond and took all the stress away from the family and accommodated all the viewings so we didn't have to. Her customer service is second to none and is very professional and very efficient in all that she does. Tracey even helped our buyer when he had his own estate agent to do things.
