Initially my brother contacted Sinclair's on our behalf, following a disastrous experience with another agent, when we needed to sell our late parent's bungalow. Immediately they instilled confidence and it was apparent how well they knew the local market. As the sale progressed I had more dealings with Emma, our agent and she was excellent. Without Emma I think we would all have given up!! She was the main point of contact and ensured that our buyer and ourselves were kept fully informed. Her communication skills were excellent and we cannot thank her enough. We would certainly recommend Sinclairs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sinclair Shepshed to secure a rental property, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and efficiency throughout the process.
From the initial inquiry to the final signing of the lease, I felt there was good communication although it can take a couple of days for a reply via email. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Louise and Rhiannon were readily available to provide guidance and clarification. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, making sure I felt supported and informed throughout. Their expertise was invaluable in navigating the complexities of renting a property, and I felt confident knowing that I was in capable hands.

Long review but I hope it is informative.
We had 4 valuations and from these appointments Sinclair were the clear choice. It is so obvious that Alex has grown up in the area, he based his valuation on his knowledge of our specific street/estate, rather than just going off sold prices within a 5 mile radius!
Alex was also the only valuator who didn’t make a point of badmouthing the other estate agents who had given us a valuation; he convinced us why we should use Sinclair, not why we shouldn’t use another agent. He continued to act with professionalism and integrity whilst conducting viewings to find us a happy buyer.
After the sale was agreed in principle, Emma was exactly the type of person you would want on your side during what is a very stressful process. She was so on the ball and kept us informed and reassured the whole time.
I can’t understate just how pleased we were with the end-to-end service which Sinclair provided and would happily recommend them to anyone I know in the local area.

Contacted the lettings department regarding a cottage in Rothley Leicestershire that i had seen on the Internet. Made arrangements to view it through a lady called Louise( I think) . At the viewing I said to Kitty i was very interested and she said Louise would call me Saturday morning to explain the next phase of the process. Saturday morning i received a call from said lady asking would i like to put in an application I said yes and was then told it was only myself and another applicant going for the cottage 50/50 I thought. Monday morning came and no call so I rang the office only to be told that i was unsuccessful in my application. I enquired why and she said she didn't know as they don't get told . Please explain how a landlord can tell if a person is suitable for a house just from a name and date of birth because that is all they needed from at the time. I was also informed that from Saturday morning to Monday morning they had received several more applications when i was informed by Kitty that they had no more viewings for the cottage. Something doesn't seem right about all this to me almost like they already had someone lined up for the cottage but had to go through the usual process . Due to this experience with them I DO NOT recommend using Sinclairs as they couldn't even be bothered contacting us to say we was unsuccessful. I've no doubt the response from the manager will be blah blah blah usual apologies and all that .

Initially Alex was looking after us when viewing and during the offering process. We couldn't of been more pleased with the service he provided us, he was polite, accomodating and all round very helpful. We were then guided throughout the rest of the process by Emma. She helped explain things to us in easier to digest terms due to us not being experienced in property purchasing. When you're met with mortgage providers and solicitors who have a tendancy to throw in jargon and be very vague when describing processes, someone like Emma is very useful! Emma and Alex are both a credit to Sinclair, always getting back to us efficienctly and keeping us up to date with the process.

I could not have had a better experience buying my first house, and that was all down to Alex and Kay at Sinclair. Even before having my offer accepted, the service I received on viewings was far above anything I had experienced with other agents, and this only continued throughout. The quality of houses was great, and arranging viewings was easy. I had arranged a previous viewing with Alex, who told me he would keep me in mind for any other properties that came up - he was true to his word, as he called me a few weeks later with the house I eventually purchased. The aftercare from Kay was amazing, no question was too silly or too much trouble. I really appreciated all of the help and would recommend Sinclair to anyone. When I come to sell my house in a few years, I know just the people to contact!

Dan and Jane (Coalville branch) were fantastic from the offset and all through the process. Dan arrived at my property and I was so impressed with his honest, professional and down to earth nature that I cancelled all my other valuations (I've dealt with estate agents a lot in the past and it was such a relief to find one I trusted and believed in). Estate agents have a reputation for being smarmy however Dan was no such person. Dan suggested a marketing approach for my none typical property which made a lot of sense and drove lots of interest. As per my wishes Dan did the viewings and kept me informed throughout. You could instantly tell he was experienced from his knowledge and his customer approach. I was really keen to move to another property and he got me marketed very quickly indeed (within a couple of days) even allowing me input with the wording and photos on the advert that I best felt reflected the property. At the point of offer acceptance I was handed over to Jane (Dan kept in regular contact even though his job was done) who was equally as impressive. Nothing was too much and I got regular communications. I'm sure the property portfolio they have is large however all I needed to do was say my name to Jane and she instantly knew the current situation. Any questions I had during the process she was there for. I imagine in reality I was just another client, however no part of the process did I feel like that, everything felt joined up and the process felt personal. Overall I couldn't be happier, they chased my buyers when it needed and also chased me when I needed it! I needed to remove things from my property very quickly and they even organised a visit from a CW Removals to quote! Lauren & Sandra were equally as good when Jane wasn't available. I sat down relieved after completion and to my surprise and outside of office hours I got a call from Dan congratulating me on the sale and wishing me the best for the future. couldn't have asked for more, expectations completely exceeded. My only disappointment is that I can't give more than 5 stars! Thank you.

No one there so rang Shepshed office....”Oh sorry he’s missed you and he’s in Sileby, I had the appointment in my book but he didn’t have it in his”.....what???? You lost a potential sale there Sinclairs and never again will we go through you to either buy or sell. Useless springs to mind and no one even had the decency to ring us to tell us no one was coming ????????????
