WOW..... What can one say. If you are looking for an Agent to sell your beloved property in Worcestershire and surrounding areas, look no further than G Herbert Banks.
From the outset, Tim Gaston and Maxine Holder have held our hands gently throughout the process of putting our beloved home on the market. Tim has gently guided us and took great interest in our property from the outset, learning about it's history with it being a listed building, to the huge renovation it undertook some eleven years ago. Tim collated all the necessary details and refined them with sublime simplicity and perfection.
Maxine Holder is a force to be reckoned with, not because of a harsh hand or tongue but on the speed that that lady completes tasks, Maxine is like greased lightening. Even when emails arepinging right, left and centre Maxine can keep all the balls in the air and the plates spinning at the same time. Maxine can multi task for sure and switch and swap and revert with all instructions and she doesn't need telling twice Maxine is a a true asset to G Herbert Banks.
I'm not one for leaving reviews, but I felt it would be a travesty not to. I've pushed on several occasions only because of pressure being pushed on my shoulders and every time G Herbert Banks have stepped it up another gear.
Don't go looking anywhere folks for a Company to sell your home, G Herbert Banks deliver and then some.
They get the highest order of stars in my opinion ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? A trusted Company that we have worked with before, but every experience is unique and tailored to your individual needs whether you are buying or selling a property.

Beware of this Estate Agency - Specifically check before proceeding with an offer or purchase through G Herbert Banks, if they are aware of any active AG TAG attached to a property they are actively marketing for sale (be it with or without a Certificate of Lawfulness) it might save you a lot of money, time, effort and heartache in the long run.

Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.

What an impressive experience I have had over the past 12 months, with the complex and specific buyer requirements of an old barn and ruins and 8 acres of land. The team at G Herbert Banks, led ably by Tim Gaston worked tirelessly and thought outside of the box to fulfil what was to be an unusual and detailed sale. Nothing was too much trouble. I had three different agents value my house and advise their costs. GHB offered the lowest sales commission rate whilst coming across as being confident my property would sell quickly. GHB showed genuine interest and we just clicked. They vetted everyone they showed around and sold my property within weeks for not far off the full asking price to cash buyers. I like the way they keep you updated and have been thoroughly impressed by them.
