Where do I start? Working with Lin and Sara has been absolutely wonderful.
They are the best at finding homes that met all of your requirements. They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct.

In my opinion, Hayden Estates are simply the most cost effective and professional estate agents in the area. Others that were asked to quote came in almost double the fees that Hayden charge. Linda and her daughter Sara have handled my sale personally and have at times gone the extra mile to ensure the sale of my property stayed on-track all the way through to completion. We did not get what we paid for, we paid for a standard estate agent and we got so much more for our money.

After experiences with other local agents, don't bother going anywhere else to sell your home. I called in the afternoon, Linda came round the same day, had all photos done the next day and it was on line in the afternoon. Two days later it was sold due to the fact they had 5 viewing's lined up in one day which they also took care of due to the current situation while I went out. Job done..!!!

We were so pleased with the process and efficiency by Linda and her team with a quick valuation on the house, photography booked in for a Saturday to suit our working hours and a quick turn around with getting our property online. We were really happy with how the house was presented and described. Linda was on hand to show around several potential buyers very quickly following our house going on the market and it sold straight away.
From day one, Linda and her team have been on hand to answer any queries and no problem was ever too big – which we unfortunately found the hard way! After a very difficult sale process, Linda was able to secure us our dream home and find a suitable buyer for our property. Hayden’s provide a personal, quality service that outstrips all others. In my experience the larger chains have a great facade but they fall short in delivery of customer service, attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure the biggest financial decisions you make in your life go smoothly whikst meeting the necessary compliance regulations and professional approach that’s required.
Hayden’s we’re always there for us, in and out of hours (sometimes at odd hours of the day when a question popped into our heads that we needed an answer to to elevate stress!). Nothing was too much hassle and the entire team work together through the entire customer journey from initial enquiry though to purchase and beyond...
Hayden’s pull no punches. What you see is what you get and you will always know where you stand through your journey with them. Their honest and up front approach was invaluable to us as our sale wasn’t straight forward. We always felt secure and safe I their hands..
