I recently purchased and completed a property in Derby. Gadsby Nichols were the agents for my seller and not my property.
However, the service was unbelievable and their communications and support was over and beyond, especially as they were not representing me.
From keeping me updated at the early stages of the purchase, contacting the vendors for multiple viewings and allowing access to the property, through to regular updates at the final stages and indeed pushing for the completion process to go smoothly and liaising with other parties - even though this was not their job.
I had more support, updates and contact from the Gadsby Nichols team than I did with my own conveyancers and estate agents. In the end, completion was delayed by around 10 days, but would have been even longer, had Trish and Liz, both not gone over and beyond to get this over the line.
From initial viewings with Mr Gadsby himself and then the wonderful support from both Trish Coultas and Liz Young, all who I highly commend.
Thank you all for your wonderful support and for easing the enormous stress and pressure that the whole process took.
I certainly know where to come should I ever want to sell / purchase again!

I purchased a property recently and Gadsby Nichols were the agents. They couldn’t have been more helpful, from arranging 4 separate viewings to answering queries swiftly and supporting me throughout the whole process. I also had great reports from my mortgage broker who had to obtain details from them and they also answered her queries on the same day within hours if not minutes.
If you have a property to sell I would highly recommend them because as a buyer I have had a great experience.

I’ve used Gadsby Nichols in the past and returned to them again just recently to sell a house I owned in Hilton. Their service is excellent and highly professional . I liaised with Trisha during the conveyancing process who was always on hand to answer my questions, chase solicitors and keep me updated through the process. She was very understanding and always phoned me when she said she would - and promptly . It is this exemplary service which I find a rarity nowadays in the modern world, so I would always return to Gadsby’s if and when I ever sell a property again . Highly recommended !

We truly had an amazing experience with Gadsby Nichols staff, we purchased our property through them and i can honestly say they were fantastic. Very professional and excellent communication skills. Trish helped us immensely, she kept us sane and kept us going even though it wasn’t part of her job description. We didn’t have the best conveyancing team, Trish went above and beyond, to help us move forward with the purchase of the property. I cannot thank Gadsby Nichols enough. Buying property can be really stressful but Gadsby Nichols made the process so much easier.
We met Steve at the viewing and he was really nice and welcoming. He gave us travel advice and lots of valuable information. We're not from the area, so that was a great help. We asked him a ton questions and he seemed to have all the time in the world to answer them.
We mainly communicated with Trish when it came to paperwork and queries, who was amazing and really friendly. There were lots of delays due to the legal side but I always felt that I could call her and not feel as though I was being a nuisance. If I had a question she would give an answer straight away or find out for me. Even after the sale was completed, I called her about something and she got the information back to me straight away. Liz and Natalie were also great when I call or emailed. They were all so friendly and patient.
I think businesses need to spend an hour with Gadsby Nichols to get a masterclass in customer service. I would give 100 stars if I could!
I would definitely recommend them. They are now my go-to agent for my next house purchase.

I found all of the staff at Gadsby Nichols lovely to deal with and nothing was too much for any of them. We had used the Help to Buy scheme on the property we were selling and they ensured that any deadlines were met accordingly which allowed the sale to go through smoothly.
