I didn’t actually go with Ashley Adams but I registered my details with them about a property they had for sale, out of all the other estate agents I also registered with only Becky from Ashley Adams was the one who tracked my progress on the sale of my house and offered me advice and rang me every week to see if she could help sell my property quicker than the estate agent I was using. For saying I wasn’t even there customer her service was brilliant.

Brilliant communication and helpful service. They kept me updated with the sale of my property at all times and I was really impressed with the way that they marketed my family home. Thanks to the whole team. :-)

This Estate Agent has no regard for aftercare or customer satisfaction. The welcoming approach and pretence that was shown during the initial period whilst trying to gain my custom has dissolved. I have had multiple serious issues with the property I moved into. Many of which represent a significant safety issue. Upon requesting help with the issues, this branch refused. They wiped their hands clean of my customer needs the minute I signed the tenancy agreement.
Johnathon the store "Manager" has been particularly unhelpful, and instead of attempting to understand the issues and offer genuine help, he instead fobbed me off and displayed zero regard for the customers needs.
This estate agent can not be trusted. I moved into a property without functioning electrical hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, central heating or lights in various areas. All of those were either hidden during the viewing stage or overlooked by the branch.
I am disgusted with the level of support I received at the hands of this branch and would fully recommend potential customers to avoid these as a potential estate agent.

Excellent service from start to finish. Chelsea listened to my requirements, responded quickly to finding a property to meet my needs and supported an easy move in to my new home. Every communication was answered within a couple of days at the latest and being new to the area Chelsea got me quickly up to speed. When you're as busy as I am, a high level of service and care is exactly what you need; well done and thank you Chelsea and Ashley Adams Estate Agents.
