I am a customer with Globe apartments since 16 years, I love their apartments because they always meet my requirements as a guest. My last stay was not the best and did not meet my expectations.. 1. Usually they bring the key to me this time they made me come over with a taxi to their office to collect the keys with my luggage and my family 2. There was problem with the water in one of the bathrooms as it was cold, they came to fix it and it became burning hot that we cannot shower directly and it was a hustle 3. Kitchen sink water outlet was blocked once you wash a glass the water fill the sink , the second bedroom size was too small for 2 people. The Location was very good. Terrible Wi-Fi. The worst I ever experienced in my trips. We did complain, management asked to reset which I did unsuccessfully. Flat 7 is too hot during summer. We complaint. Management offered an AC rental for 125 pounds a week! Rooms are to bright early in the morning, no black outs. Upon arrival, guest have to collect keys four tube stations away. Not staying again with globe apartments again.... Read more

I have used Globe Apartments on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Easy booking, no hassle collecting keys and the apartment at 67 Wigmore Street was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location couldn't have been any better and have stayed in this area many times before. It's a no brainer - and much more convenient and flexible than a hotel. Can't wait for a return visit hopefully later in the year.... Read more

I stayed in two apartments belonging to Globe Apartments in St. Christopher's Pl area, and they were both amazing. Everything necessary was provided. The only thing I had to buy myself was laundry detergent and extra toilet paper (some rolls are already provided at the beginning of the stay). Everywhere else, from bathroom to living room to bedroom, had all the essentials. Every week the apartment was cleaned and the sheets were changed. I loved my stay here. When I left, I left an electric toothbrush, and they took time to ask the cleaners to look for it and made sure I got it back. The only concern would be taking the luggage up the stairs since some buildings do not have the elevator, and the stair flights are quite narrow and steep.... Read more

Location is great. Everything one needs just a few steps away (grocery stores, cafes, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). Tube stations nearby allow you to travel to all the great sights effortlessly. If you prefer walking to those sights, it's close enough to so as well. Flat was clean and well maintained. Stayed for three weeks and had cleaning service available weekly. Noise level not an issue despite its central location. Kept the windows open at night and was not bothered. More importantly, area was very safe. Will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.... Read more

It was really well equipped and was in great location, even though it was not the apartment that we saw when we ordered it, and it was very disappointing, because we expected something else. It was very difficult to contact you, we couldn't call you, and it took a long to get an answer , so we stopped writing to you. Great location and roomy apartment and fair cleanliness. However, there weren't enough standard amenities such as kitchen towels and toilet paper provided. I had to request for more to be added. Additionally, the stairs and narrow doorway made it really difficult to lug luggage up and down. I was on the second floor, but there were apartments on the floors above me, and I can't imagine having to bring the luggage up another flight of narrow stairs.... Read more

I booked a property managed by Globe via Airbnb. A few hours later they refused the booking just saying “Dates are unavailable.”. I messaged them and asked if other properties nearby managed by them were available. As they didn't reply I just went ahead and booked. They never bothered replying or rejecting the booking which just expired 24 hours later. How unprofessional!... Read more

We stayed here for 6 nights & had a wonderful experience. We got an upgrade to a bigger apartment which was more than great & spacious. Quality: the apartment was great, very clean, all essentials were there. Staff: Very helpful staff who we could call for any help as well. Desmond was friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to come back on a different date/time to service the apartment as to not disturb me whilst I was on a conference call during his original visit. This is the Second time of staying with Globe Apartments, all I can say is echo my first Review, This time I was in a studio apartment, amazing, just as good as the one bedroom apartment I was in previously, Kiri and her team excel themselves and bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. I can not recommend them enough. See Bellow my first Review. What can I say except Excellent Service from start to finish, I was working in London for the week, After booking the accommodation, I was contacted Promptly to arrange key collection, I was also informed of an upgrade from the Studio I had booked to a One bedroom apartment! Very nice indeed. Straight away very accommodating as I was arriving Sunday Evening. Collected the Keys a short walk from the tube, Which was a further short walk from the Property. Arriving at the property, The communal areas very clean and fresh, This continued into the apartment itself. Important now more than ever in the current Pandemic, In the apartment Hand sanitiser and wipes were left, along with a welcome gift bag with some snacks in, Along with water, Juice and a small carton of milk in the fridge, tea and coffee supplies, again a very nice way to start the stay to have some essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was very well equipped, every thing you need. My Point of contact Kiri, great communication throughout my stay via E-mail and even gave me a mobile number to contact her on, excellent service. I could not recommend enough this stay at the apartment and the service I received from Kiri and her team at Globe Apartments. I look forward hopefully to many more stays with them.... Read more

I'd normally write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to due to how great an experience I had. The flat - the flat itself is incredibly comfortable and charming. Its all well kept, aesthetically pleasing and practical. Admittedly, I was a solo traveller so if you're a couple it could be a bit small. You can tell it's been well maintained and it has everything you need. They genuinely centre everything around your comfort. Great studio flat. The location - you're in the heart of London which is awesome. You have bond Street station literally across the road so getting anywhere is incredibly simple. You also have the charms of at Christopher place literally in your doorstep. It's a uniquely positioned property that's designed to inject something special into your experience. The service - the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. On my first night I used the wrong setting on the washing machine so the machine seemed unresponsive mid way through a cycle. I called there ooh number and explained it them, within 15mins someone was at my door ready to help. Thankfully, it was my error and it was all fine the following day, but he was incredibly efficient and friendly. A few days later I had left my bag in an Uber which contained the flat keys. I called the office to explain and within 10mins they were at the flat with a spare set of keys. The lady was incredibly nice, empathetic and courteous. As I said, I'm not one to normally write reviews but the flat was lovely, the location was perfect and the staff were fantastic. I've stayed in quite a few hotels and airbnb's etc, but this was my favourite as I felt at home very quickly and so my overall experience was perfect.... Read more

We could not recommend Globe highly enough. Every request was handled not only with professionalism but with extreme efficiency especially in light of COVID-19 and made everyone feel safe and of course welcome. My family was fortunate to be upgraded from a one bedroom flat to a two bedroom flat. The flat was spotless and all the amenities were of a very high standard. The decor was modern and the flat was very well presented - in fact faultless. Nothing was a problem and nothing was too much. They have truly set the standard and we would not hesitate in recommending Globe and obviously we would return time and again. Stunning apartment! Spacious, bright and modern. Fantastic area, but a very busy area and so was quite noisy even at 3am. The blinds also don't close out a lot of light so I'd take an eye mask if you're sensitive to light when you sleep. Would 100% recommend staying with Globe, they're very professional and friendly and make the whole experience simple and enjoyable.... Read more

I stayed in Camden on Albert street. Second time at this place. Location is the best. It is 3-4 minutes to subway and from 88 bus that goes directly to Piccadilly. Also in 4-5 minutes you reach Regent Park, lovely park. It is literally 50 meters away from WholeFoods and there are lots of restaurants around the corner. I love the view from my window! A bit of noise coming out at night from the local bars. Place has pretty much everything for a short stay ( dishes, pots, cutlery, knives, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine with an option to dry a little, cloth line, iron and board, some soaps and shampoos, no dishwasher though but they leave a new sponge and dishwashing liquid for you). The bed is comfortable and it is really warm inside but you can totally regulate the temperature. The only thing that I don’t like is the sink in the toilet, it has two separate faucets and it’s really difficult to wash your face or hand there. Also, I would advise to place a hanger in the entrance hall for jackets, to hang the mirror in the entrance hall because it is situated not safely and to change chairs))) they need an update. Travelling for a business with a colleague and stayed in this Superb 2 bed 2 bath apartment - that suited us down to the ground. Really spacious and spotless. Furnished well and we both liked the design. Great kitchen with lots of gadgets and a tv in the bedroom as well as the living room. Great central location with easy access to underground, surrounded by retsaurants with Selfridges close by and no noise. Would strongly reccomend.... Read more

14 James Street, London W1 GREAT STAFF AND APARTMENT. Spent a week at this beautiful clean 2 bedroom duplex which is in an enviable location, fabulous for shopping as virtually on Oxford Street,near Selfridges. Bonus of lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Superb décor with fittings and furnishing of a high standard, making it feel more like a home rather than a rental. White goods and utensils in abundance, great tv system and wifi which worked 100%. All complemented with a surprise welcome pack. The staff at the Chiltern Street office are delightful and cannot do enough to help and make your stay a lovely experience. Can certainly recommend Globe Apartments and the the James Street Duplex. Home away from home Our stay in this wonderful home on Chiltern street was nothing short of fantastic. The location, easily accessed by underground, taxi or by foot is situated on a lovely, quiet street in Marylebone. Central London is just a step away with plenty of dining and drink venues just minutes from the doorstep. The residence itself was exceptionally clean, spacious and warm. The staff expend every effort to make guests feel welcomed and the stay feel like home. For short or longer stays this apartment serves as an ideal location for those coming to the city for work or pleasure and one that I will certainly return to in the near future.... Read more

We stayed in Appartment three on St Christophers Place. The apartment is so central situated behind Selfridges Oxford Street and right in the hassle and bustle of the restaurant district. The apartment is very clean and a nice size with everything you need. The apartment doesn't have air con although a fan was supplied, its so quite until you open the windows for air, and then it's very noisy due to diners below. The only downside was we stayed for three nights and the Sky and TV didn't work and they couldn't get an engineer till we left. Staff 10/10. Location 10/10. Comfort 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10.... So much better priced than a hotel anywhere near this the area and with much more space and the freedom of your own place in the centre of London. We booked with Globe apartments in February this year for our trip to London in June. My first most priority was to book in central London, a property which would have an elevator/lift access to an apartment with two beds and two baths as we are a family of four. Upon finding such a flat we secured our booking by paying our deposit. 4 weeks prior to our arrival as per the rules, we paid the property rent in full as well. Prior to our arrival we got the confirmation email with all the instructions for key pick up and check in. Since we were arriving late into the city we called Globe apartments requesting for a pick up possibility. We were told that isn't possible. At that time no further details were shared. Upon reaching the property we discovered that we were assigned a flat on the 5th floor and that the elevator/lift was out of service. Since it was late Saturday night and after office hours of Globe we had no choice but to carry our 5 heavy pieces of luggage up five flight of steep stairs. Upon calling Globe apartments repeatedly we were told that the lift will be fixed on Monday morning. On Monday no action was taken and then we were told to wait till Wednesday and that we would not be charged rent for this inconvenience. We requested for a change of property but nothing was available within the area of our choice or a two bedroom apartment. So basically we spent our 8 nights in London stuck with a property which was extremely inconvenient for us. Here I'd also like to add that the apartment that was given to use needs serious refurbishment and repair too. Facilities are quite dated. Anyway our vacation was ruined as I have a medical condition that requires me to keep stairs to the minimum and you can well imagine where that left me. We were still charged rent for the property. Only pounds 1100 were refunded from the total cost whereas earlier we were clearly told that till the lift functions again nothing will be charged. In compensation someone was sent upon our checkout to help with our luggage down the stairs. Certainly not very happy customers.... Read more

5 star apartments in central London Before I discovered Globe Apartments I stayed in London for 2 months in several serviced apartments and must admit that Globe Apartments are by far the best from all!! Super clean, weekly cleaning included, centrally located, well equipped and nicely decorated. But what impressed me the most is excellent service provided: I felt like in 5 star hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Aneta was always available - if I needed to print few documents or order package to company reception address. And if I was not there to pick up the package - Aneta brought it to my apartment so that I have it conveniently once I arrive! Kiri was also very attentive and dedicated a lot of time and effort to make my stay very comfortable. Thank you so much! I've stayed in several apartments via Globe (Chiltern Street, St Christophers Place) and have always been very impressed. Cheaper than a hotel in the area and with much more space and of a better standard - I can think of a terrible hotel room in Bloomsbury that will stay with me forever. Avoid this agency. We was going to stay here for 4 weeks. First week was fine although everything looks old and cheap. But the location is good. But after that, everything was worse and worse. The worst possible agency you can find for short or long term rent. The maintenance issues never taken into account and promisses for repairs only but never materialised. The only way to have something repaired was to refuse to pay the rent. The always take a side of the landlord and are happy to ask you to vocate the flat so they can rent it again for another commission fee and offer rude and unipologetic service in all aspects. The checking and checkout fees are a joke and the office is always close on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. If something happens you will dare to call the out of hours as they will tell you that a leak or break in can wait till Monday. This was my experience. The worst person who has lots yet to learn how to communicate or deal with paying tenants ( high end rent if 600£ per week ) is Kevin Charalambous who is rude and arrogant in most occasions. The short term flats are cheaply furnished with mostly IKEA stuff. Stay away ! Never to be repeated again... Read more
