This and a previous experience of Goodman Warren Beck have shown them to be the ultimate professionals. Their attitude is friendly and they have a deep knowledge of the local housing market. My property sold for the asking price in three weeks. Best ever experience.

I bought a flat from Goodman Warren Beck last year and I had a misleading experience from them. When I initially inquired /viewed the flat, the agent gave me incorrect information on several occasions regarding the remaining lease term. The actual lease term was hundreds of years less than what the agent had told me and this was only discovered months into the purchase process. Due to my circumstances, I had to go ahead with the flat purchase and if I had known what the true lease term was from day one I would of not gone with the flat. When I contacted them about my discovery of the lease, I was met with no apology just "Ohh, Got the flat details mixed up with another". I made a complaint against these estate agents and they just fobbed me off for a month and wasted my time. Avoid these estate agents! They are using misleading practices and don't care and they should be reported to governing bodies.
There is nothing good about Goodman Warren Beck.
