During this time I have dealt with Hannah Knight. Hannah has been the model of the professional property manager. All of my queries are responded to swiftly. Her advice, guidance and help has been invaluable throughout. The property was put on the market very promptly at each tenant changeover. Prospective tenants are checked for suitability. As everyone knows, moving house is a very stressful time! But I must say, Hughes and Hughes made it much easier. They agreed to let me view a house at very short notice and while they were on their way home. They also stayed on a bit longer (out of office hours) to process my payment so I could secure the house. All the way along they have been helpful and easy to contact and talk to.
