Booked appointment to value my property 2 minutes away from their office. They did not show up, and called me half an hour after the scheduled time to apologise. Agreed for them to still come if they could come straight away as i took time off work. Initially went to the wrong address then called me again. Upon finally arriving I asked if they forgot about the appointment (which can happen on a Monday morning) to see if I would get an honest answer. I was given an excuse about a phone battery dying and that preventing them from coming on time. The agent was fine in person, apart from the excuses, but I have heard nothing since, not even a courtesy call. That was a couple of months ago. Shame as it's my local estate agent but was a total waste of time. I went through another agent. Poor

David really couldn't have done more to get our sale and purchase over the line. We sold based on 2 viewings quickly and at very close to the asking price and although the purchase was protracted David went above and beyond to keep everyone (including some slow solicitors) talking and positive. It certainly wouldn't have worked out as smoothly without his input and we really appreciated the bespoke and personalised service delivered with honesty, humility and good humour. House moving is stressful but David's help and expertise really helped keep everything on track. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely appalling! Do not use this agent to rent your property! No communication, ignored and left thousands of pounds in debt. Didn’t provide any viewings and allowed tenant to destroy my property. Continually lied and betrayed any faith in them.
Trying to evict tenant for 8 month and they even lied about that, solicitor never heard of them! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Do your research before taking on Business from Grange. I'm having lots of issues with them refusing to provide the most basic level of service. Communication is pretty much non-existent from their side, even though we gave them plenty of chance to engage. Maybe this review will change things and force Grange to engage, but I doubt it.

Absolute joke of a letting agency. The current housing market is very competitive in terms of potential tenants, and so it is important for companies to provide a reliable customer service experience. Grange Homes need to take customer service seriously in order to attract and retain renters. It's not acceptable for calls and emails to go unanswered, and this situation should have been addressed and remedied in a timely manner.
It's also critical for companies like this to be transparent with their prospective tenants. They need to inform all potential tenants of their viewing processes, how many people are interested in any particular property, and when they expect to have a decision. It's not fair to leave people in the dark and exacerbate the anxiety of an already difficult housing market.

I can honestly say that I felt blessed and incredibly fortunate to have bought my first home with my wife via Grange Homes. I experienced as I'm sure many of you have that generally estate agents are liars, cheats, slimeballs and not at all trustworthy; Adam and Grange Homes are not like this at all!
Adam was professional, courteous, transparent, man of his word and so much more. I am sitting in my home as I type this and thank god the sale was handled by this agency and not another one.
I will forever remember Adam and the agents, Grange Homes, managed to secure my dream home despite much competition, he acted in the best interest in not just the seller but also the buyer. Looked for the best match so everyone was happy.

Appreciated the regular updates and chasing various parties to get our sale over the line. Even during lockdown phone calls were answered quickly and calls always returned if necessary. Grange Homes recently sold my late mother's house and their service was impressive from start to finish. A prompt and sensible valuation and competitive commission fee made the decision to appoint them quite easy, and they did not disappoint.
The house was advertised promptly, floor plans and energy certificate organised without delay and viewings managed by their staff very professionally. The regular communication and feedback following viewings was most welcome and I never had to chase for updates. Adriano, my main point of contact, was excellent, as were his colleagues who covered effectively in his absence and I felt well supported throughout the process.
The sale went very smoothly and Grange Homes can take much of the credit for this.

I have been a tenant in London for nearly three years and after a really frustrating previous experience I’ve got to say I am beyond satisfied so far with Grange Homes service.
The whole renting experience can be really stressful but Adriano was fantastic and very helpful everything was explained and the process was made so easy.
Staff are easy to reach even after hours in case of emergency.

If they come back and fail your checks we cannot proceed to put you into the property . We have refunded your money same day , and also relet the property same day to another tenant .

Me and my fiancé went for the viewing the staff was unprofessional and didn’t no any thing about the house, after that we paid for holding deposit £300 and we where getting checked it took 1 week for them and after they said that we could not get in contact with your employer and that is falls information, they didn’t even try to contact them. And they said that we proved falls information, don’t trust this people .

If I could give this company a -5 stars I would.
Every since I had to deal with this company I’ve had nothing but issues. They’re a bunch of people who work in a small office clearly playing computer games. Every time I’ve tried to get a letter for information reasons it takes about 5 months to get a response, even now that I’ve moved out of this flat over a year ago, I’m getting charged for a bill durning the time that I wasn’t even there but the landlord and agency and to incompetent to even understand a simple issues. When I moved out it was due to me being in hospital because of my pregnancy they threw all my things and my sons toys clothes shoes away when I was told it would go in storage.
Every time I ask to speak to something they just switch me over to more people that can not help. I’m a manager in retail and as far as I’m concerned this company should be closed. 0 communicate skills

Extremely unprofessional! The worst estate agency i've ever dealt with and by saying that i mean each one working in the agency, especially Dave and Adam!
Unfortunately had to deal with them when recently was purchasing our flat. We experienced terrible performance of the agents, starting from their difficulties with contacting the client with our offers, which therefore took months, and finishing with a wrong set of keys for our flat, which caused us a huge emotional damage. I expected at least a lift from the hospital, where i ended up because of the situation with the keys, to the flat, however they considered that "sorry" would be enough. There was loads of other things in between too, which is painful to even write about.
I would strongly advise to think twice before dealing with this agency as otherwise get ready for loads of emotional and financial troubles because of them as well as a chance that someone will be given the keys from your priperty just by mistake.

Outstanding Service from Grange Homes.
I've worked with Dave/ Adam and the team at Grange Homes for a number of years.
They have successfully marketed and sold several of my properties on request, and have been very effective when required to source suitable Tennants for my BTL portfolio.
I have been equally impressed with the prompt maintenance service they offer, as well as their guaranteed rent insurance scheme. A Tennant of mine once defaulted on the rent within the last contracted month of tenancy, and the funds were promptly reimbursed by Grange Homes. No fuss, no issues.

If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Horrendous service. Once they have got you money then they are simply impossible to get hold of. The "handy men" are completely cowboys and have no idea how to do the smallest manual job and have no respect for your home at all.
Their idea of good customer service is appalling.
Avoid like the plague.

Just put a deposit for the property to rent and after Referencing went well ,they kept me in dark and after two weeks of calling them and asking them to contact the landlord to sign the contract they said the landlord has changed his mind and he is asking more now.during this two weeks I rejected a few proposed property from the other agencies and now I have to start looking while all those property gone
