Absolutely appalling! Do not use this agent to rent your property! No communication, ignored and left thousands of pounds in debt. Didn’t provide any viewings and allowed tenant to destroy my property. Continually lied and betrayed any faith in them.
Trying to evict tenant for 8 month and they even lied about that, solicitor never heard of them! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Do your research before taking on Business from Grange. I'm having lots of issues with them refusing to provide the most basic level of service. Communication is pretty much non-existent from their side, even though we gave them plenty of chance to engage. Maybe this review will change things and force Grange to engage, but I doubt it.

Absolute joke of a letting agency. The current housing market is very competitive in terms of potential tenants, and so it is important for companies to provide a reliable customer service experience. Grange Homes need to take customer service seriously in order to attract and retain renters. It's not acceptable for calls and emails to go unanswered, and this situation should have been addressed and remedied in a timely manner.
It's also critical for companies like this to be transparent with their prospective tenants. They need to inform all potential tenants of their viewing processes, how many people are interested in any particular property, and when they expect to have a decision. It's not fair to leave people in the dark and exacerbate the anxiety of an already difficult housing market.

Great service! I cannot thank Adam enough for helping me with the purchase of my property. The process was not easy at all and it lasted about 6 months but at the end the purchase went through. I highly recommend Grange Homes for their professional services and would recommend them to anyone!

I can honestly say that I felt blessed and incredibly fortunate to have bought my first home with my wife via Grange Homes. I experienced as I'm sure many of you have that generally estate agents are liars, cheats, slimeballs and not at all trustworthy; Adam and Grange Homes are not like this at all!
Adam was professional, courteous, transparent, man of his word and so much more. I am sitting in my home as I type this and thank god the sale was handled by this agency and not another one.
I will forever remember Adam and the agents, Grange Homes, managed to secure my dream home despite much competition, he acted in the best interest in not just the seller but also the buyer. Looked for the best match so everyone was happy.

Do not rent or buy with grange homes they don’t maintain their property’s if you want to live without a boiler and windows you can’t open and heating that don’t work and getting a reference is a joke

We bought our property through Grange Homes. Whilst our purchase was a long and complex one, we felt that Adriano and David who managed our purchase were straight-forward and honest. Whilst we finalised the conveyancing, Adriano was great in helping us communicate with the vendor and supporting us through a complex sale right to the end. We were also grateful for Adriano accommodating multiple visits to the property.

Selling our house was not an easy task, but Adriano worked so hard to make it happen, and we are now happy in our new home.
They are supportive, professionally, and approachable. I wanted to sell my house through my local estate agent, and they didn't deposit.
