Horrid branch with a disappointing service. I would not advice anyone to let from this branch. They do not give back deposits, they take you on a wild goose chase when calling, they are extremely unprofessional and i will be pursuing legal action because of how iv been treated it is disgusting behaviour. Let at your risk!!!!!!!

They were quite professional and transparent in their dealings with me up to when I got the keys to my rented apartment. If I could rate this branch/company zero stars I would. I am sitting writing this review on my 36th day of no hot water or heating in the middle of winter as a tenant at one of the properties this branch manage.
The customer service/ communication is awful, I have to ring continuously and email multiple times a day for any sort of update. There is an issue with our boiler and we are awaiting repairs and not one single member of staff care.
I would also like to highlight the maintenance team are through Countrywide who own this company or is part of their group and they absolutely have no clue what they are doing or how to handle the situation. Even no update would be an update for us.
The lady who was dealing with us, Lily Radwell the property manager has offered no support whatsoever and couldn’t care less about tenants. She has even shouted at us on the phone and hung up.
At the moment we are trying to obtain our landlords details to go directly to him or obtain some legal advice as it does not look like this issue will be fixed anytime soon. It’s also very disheartening as we are good tenants who look after the property and have never failed/payed late rent.
If you are planing on renting a property through Bairstow or any branch/estate agency under the Countrywide group as a tenant or landlord I strongly advise against this.

Totally disappointed with the customer service at this branch. Everything was running smoothly and professionally whilst Jodie looked after us with a property to rent for my dad. She went on annual leave and then the nightmare begun. The day we were meant to sign contracts and get the keys to the flat, 5 mins before arriving at the branch they called to tell us they had issues. On arrival at the branch we were told we couldn’t sign the contracts as they were still not ready. Someone had made a mistake and hence they were now 5 days late. We were also informed there were issues with the checks which was news to us. Joanna the admin staff was clueless. Checks and everything had been cleared and any issues were all clarified and approved. Joanna didn’t even make eye contact as my dad was trying to speak with her. I’ve never come across someone so rude in their manner. They literally said my father couldn’t move in that day and further checks would need to be made. Next day we were told landlord didn’t want to rent the property.
I will never be using them again and advise anyone that doesn’t want to be disappointed on the move in date to avoid them. They don’t even communicate amongst themselves to find out what’s going on before letting down customers!!

Poor service from this Branch, went to view flat for a cash purchase and emailed an offer, no response from them, even tried to call and it always goes to voicemail.
Even when I went to view the flat the agent didn’t know anything about the flat, no double glazing but according to him it’s has, didn’t know if the flat had an up to date EICR, knew nothing about the central heating and water system. What is the point of him showing us the flat if he knew nothing about it and can’t answer basic questions.

John has helped me during the purchase process. He communicated between the sellers and me. He was always available to answer my questions. He worked well beyond what one could expect. He was open, transparent and reliable and always reachable during the entire purchase process, including on Sundays and stayed in touch constantly.

If possible, I would offer more stars! fantastic, friendly, understanding and highly professional staff. The staff have been helpful from day 1, ensuring all my needs were met. Being pregnant and moving during the pandemic was always going to be stressful, however the team at Enfield have made this such an easy transition and had back to back helpful, swift communication with me and resolved all of my issues and chased external parties needed to conclude all of my queries! Thanks to this wonderful agency, we are now home owners, it’s a miracle!
Farouk is the go to guy for anything to do with properties, he really went the extra mile for us. With his help we managed to secure the mortgage deal we needed to buy the home which was at first only just out of our reach.
We didn’t actually buy our home through Bairstow, but meeting James and Farouk played a vital part in acquiring the property we had our eye on.
We’d originally made an offer on a home which was turned down, but with our new mortgage agreement our offer had finally been accepted. Despite not getting a sale out of us, Farouk was so happy to hear we’d finally made it. What a long journey it had been!

I still would like to comment on their Excellent service!
The agent demonstrated interest in my search criteria and immediately informed me when something came up. The support and guidance i received during the process is 5 star, definitely will check first with them when i move again in the future.
At the end of my tenancy the entire Enfield team was there to assist me every step of the way with my end of tenancy tasks due to relocation back to my home Country, where i would like to give special thanks to Daniel & Joanne for all their efforts.

Sadly I was very disappointed with my experience with the lettings here. They are very convincing face to face, but there are far too many hidden fees that they do not tell you about. The property management team was appalling, NEVER EVER LET THEM MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY PLEASE - they do not answer tenants or landlords for weeks. We had a leak that wasn't resolved and ended up causing more damage than necessary - we are currently taking legal action against this company for negligence.

As another reviewer highlighted, the relatively young and immature staff were thirsty and ambitious but ultimately flippant and sometimes foolish. One young follow up caller (Ercin?), mimicked me on the phone after I refused to discuss with him who we had chosen to sell our flat with. Very pushy (assertive to a fault), arrogant, and childish. There was a litany of calls after early contact, often obtuse in manner. Reginald was a decent and reasonable initial contact, but the general team are boyish, image oriented and quite shallow people. Be cautious in your dealings.

Started Great with Darryl the manager, than all went downhill, he left so all his staff, there was no one to deal with as it become a ghost estate agent with only the mortgage adviser working there no one from sales as they all as mention left, a cover was sent in from another branch as a sales advisor he had too much on his plate to deal with( he tried his hardest not his fault it's the overall corporation way of working), my advise stay away from this massive estate agent (countrywide) as one day you have a fully staffed estate agent the next day they all gone, wasted 6 weeks with no one trying to sell my property, I'm furious, their area manager pretended nothing happening at the beginning until faced with reality. look at their record they are the lowest performing agency in terms of sales.
