Elite homes were ok with me as I'm trying my best to move on from my temporary flat I'm in at present. The rental agent took my details to help me find the right place for me as I require specific needs for somewhere to live. It's a hard struggle finding an agency that will accept those on Housing Benefits. Only two other estate agents have done this with me in the 18 month's I've been looking for a flat to live in. Finger's crossed they can help me.

I’ve transferred £350 in their account for studio flat in Tottenham, when I went to the office to see the person named Sayhan, the office doesn’t exist... I didn’t get my money back. ????I still have all the messages saved.

I cannot thank enough Elite Homes London. We had less than a day (working day) to find an accommodation after a bumpy start with another agency..... I have found a nice property online with Elite Homes, called the office on Saturday afternoon to arrange a rental of it. Everything was very smooth and easy. What has really shocked me (positively of course) was the fact that I was treated like a VIP, not only that, I have been dealing with the company owner, who has gone that extra mile for us and worked over the weekend including the whole of Sunday as well, all this just to make sure we have a secured accomodation by Monday morning!
I wish all agencies were like you. Thank you so much once again!!!

Found a real personal touch from the agent. The customer service was excellent, every phone call I made was answered or if missed they called me back within he hour. Very grateful as they made the whole transition stress free and easy.

My daughter rented a flat which had a broken shower. It took a couple of weeks, but finally got it fixed by the landlord. Enver was in constant communication with us and pushed the landlord to get it fixed.
Enver's communications with us were always polite and professional (unfortunately, mine were not due to my frustrations at getting the shower fixed).
