Absolutely amazing and helpful and I would recommend to anyone.
Michael was just fantastic and help us to go through a process of buying our first home from the beginning to the end.
It was a hard and stressful road due to our not very good conveyancer who made it difficult for all of us but Michael with his experience was the person who help us a lot and made it happened. Very nice, very helpful and very experience and if we will ever need an estate agency again we will get back to Greenaway Residential Estate Agents& Letting Agents East Grinsted for sure. Michael arranged the rental of our property when we relocated abroad. Michael was extremely helpful during this stressful period in our lives. He was calm, efficient, professional, reassuring and always available. Communication was excellent. The whole process ended up being quite smooth for which we are very grateful. When there was a hiccup on the property management side, Greenways took my concerns seriously and handled the matter efficiently and resolved it quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Having become frustrated with another agent, I rang the East Grinstead Greenaway office. I arranged an appointment with Michael for 2pm that afternoon - Thursday. We signed the contract there and then; pictures and video were taken on Saturday; over a dozen viewings were made on Monday; viewings on Tuesday; tenant agreed Wednesday. Tenant moved in following Monday. Michael, Madison and Kirsten were knowledgeable, efficient and above all very lovely. A very positive experience.

Greenaway has recently sold my flat.
Due to the buyers conveyancer the process took longer than expected.
However throughout the whole process Michael at Greenaway was on top of the process and was constantly pushing the the other side to get a move on. I cannot praise Michael and the team enough. At all times they were efficient and professional.

Michael acted for us when we sold our father’s flat in a retirement home. The process was fraught with unforeseen and difficult obstacles and Michael was brilliant throughout. He sought out solutions and chased up answers where I’m sure others would have given up. His communication was excellent at all times. He was doggedly determined to see the sale through for us and he delivered. An excellent agent who goes above and beyond. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We rent a property from Greenaways who also manage it, we ran into an issue with the property and the plumbers they had sent out to us, Ben and his son... were just awesome, booked in with us to be at the property first thing and were here prompt and ready...and didn't leave till they solved the issue... put furniture back and cleaned up after themselves... the most polite punctual plumbers we ever came across.
