Simon Brown and his team at Greenaway Residential have just let two of my flats, they managed the full refurbishment of one flat and a partial overhaul of the other flat with great efficiency, I am well impressed. Following this they have let both flats at a great rent, after having open days on both flats. I recommend you get in touch with them if you have a flat or house you want to rent and have managed. Good luck, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

Selling a house (for a family member) while living 200 miles away isn't easy, but Simon and Ross have been excellent throughout the process. They gave us contact details for gardeners and house clearance companies, held keys for tradespeople to do jobs on the house and stayed in communication with ourselves and buyers. They are extremely personable and nothing has been too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenaway to others.

Absolutely amazing and helpful and I would recommend to anyone.
Michael was just fantastic and help us to go through a process of buying our first home from the beginning to the end.
It was a hard and stressful road due to our not very good conveyancer who made it difficult for all of us but Michael with his experience was the person who help us a lot and made it happened. Very nice, very helpful and very experience and if we will ever need an estate agency again we will get back to Greenaway Residential Estate Agents& Letting Agents East Grinsted for sure. I would recommend it for everyone. Big Thank you for all your help and effort????

Great experience from start to finish. Really professional and a pleasure to deal with. Michael and the team were great and allways happy to help and answered any queries in a polite and professional manner. The whole process was made smoothe and efficient and took the stress out of selling our home. Highly recommend.
