I am delighted to write this review for Michael, who recently helped me secure a property and guided me through the referencing process. Michael was incredibly helpful, kind, and hard-working, consistently going the extra mile to assist and ensure a successful outcome. It comes as no surprise that he has been promoted to manager.
In the past few weeks, I have dealt with many letting agents, and it has not always been a pleasant experience. However, Michael stands out as a stellar example of fantastic customer service. He is not only kind but also smart and innovative, willing to make a few extra calls to get things done. Darren, the owner, made an excellent decision in promoting him, as Michael creates a positive atmosphere for the entire office.
Carlos, who also works there, is very kind and helpful as well. Unlike many other agents on the same street, there is no attitude or patronizing behavior from either of them. The property rental market in East Grinstead is tough, but with Michael, you are in safe hands. He could easily train the rest of the town on how to conduct business professionally.
This is the second review I have written for Michael; the first was almost four years ago. Thank you very much for your professionalism. It’s evident that you have helped many other tenants and have received excellent reviews for your work.

If I ever rent again, I will definitely use Greenaway. Every time there was a problem, they tried their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. They were quick to reply and very professional. I have rented from Northwood before, and that was a disaster compared to Greenaway. Thank you for a nice service during my 2 years rental.

Excellent customer service! As soon as I called Lisa How about a problem with the washing machine in the property we rent, she was on it. She sorted out the issue in a matter of minutes! I am so pleased with the quick service I received from Greenaway residential and especially Lisa! I highly recommend them!

I spoke to Simon at Greenaway after a random flier which spiked my interest. He happened to mention the idea of an online auction with regard to selling our rental property, which tbh, I'd never heard of! The flat has tenant's in situ plus a very short lease, so not the easiest to sell.
However, they marketed the property, found a buyer and the sale continued seamlessly, with me having to hardly lift a finger! They even handed over the keys! I only paid for the solicitors fixed costs and that was it!
The whole process from our initial phone call, took barely 3 months and we received a very fair price.
Absolutely delighted with the service, result and entire process.
I would definitely recommend Greenaway and will look to them to market my next property

We bought, rented out and sold a property with Greenaway. The service was always excellent and Michael in particular provided outstanding service on a number of occasions. We can’t praise him enough. We have no hesitation in recommending him and Greenaway.
