BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway.
Worst experience we've had with estate agents.
Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end.
Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all
Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

I’ve had the best experience of my first home purchase and that is thanks to Michael. From the moment I called him up to express interest in the property he had listed, he was exceptionally helpful and attentive to my needs as a buyer. Michael was the key driver in getting my purchase over the line, with his strong communication in liaising, and his proactivity to get things done. I 100% recommend him, especially if you’re less experienced in buying. Alongside Michael, I was also very pleased with Carlos too. Whenever I had any questions, he was always enthusiastic and determined to help me where possible, particularly in Michael’s absence. Thanks so much!

Absolutely seamless from start to finish. As a first time buyer along with my girlfriend we were a little bit like rabbits in headlights with the whole idea of the house buying process but Michael from Greenway was the absolute man. Unbelievably attentive but never pushy, guided us thoroughly throughout from viewing to searches to exchange and completion. Truly a knowledgable chap.
Start to finish the whole process has taken 3 months and that is down to the incredible work these guys put in. I have to shout Carlos out too! Genuinely a lovely guy and was always on hand as well in Michael’s absence. Sean too, the solicitor Greenaway recommended was top and super efficient.
Genuinely a wonderful experience, Michael you are the man! I wish to grow my portfolio in the future and I will not be going anywhere else.

I've been well supported by Michael and Carlos throughout the sale of my brother's retirement apartment. Despite the disappointment of an early buyer pulling out, and then my brother passing away, so we had to start again ; they were always positive and diligent to keep things moving.
The communication was always good but not in a over pushy way, as can be the case with some agents.
Retirement apartments are rarely a straightforward sale but we got the job done very smoothly in the end.
Highly recommended from my perspective.

I had a fantastic experience with Greenaway Residential East Grinstead and couldn't recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning Michael and Carlos were very professional, approachable and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, i was kept fully informed at every stage, and any questions were answered promptly and clearly. If you're looking for an estate agent who is reliable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenaway Residential East Grinstead
