What can we say these guys are phenomenal. Steven as the manager with Matt and Jack as his senior negotiators absolutely brilliant. Jack took our property on (following a horrific experience with another local agent, beware) and from the get go, kept us updated, chased everything almost daily, had the tough conversations where needed but all the way through we felt it was under control, Matt and Steven stepped in when needed again doing a great job. These guys are worth every penny of the fee and I don’t begrudge any of it. Cannot recommend them highly enough as I opened this review I finish it, PHENOMENAL.

I bought a property which was marketed through Mansell McTaggart, and overall they were an asset to the process. As a first-time buyer, I didn't know what to expect, but Mansell's made the process reasonably trouble free.
At the beginning of the process I had some trouble with Mansell's which is the reason it's not a five star review. I had intended on using the solicitors they recommended to me, however the solicitors told me to wait until my mortgage application had been submitted. Once I'd done that, their solicitors no longer wanted to take me on as my property was a leasehold, which left my in the lurch with no solicitors, and Mansell's phoning me up telling me the seller wanted to put the property back on the market. This in turn meant I had to appoint a solicitor at short notice, which caused me some grief later on in the process when representatives of Mansell's would ring me up to complain about my solicitors.
The main thing to remember is that they do work for the seller, however overall my experience with them was that they were mostly genuine and working to progress my sale. The team there, including Connor, Matt, Jack and Steve, are all friendly and personable, and do seem to care about their work and the sales they oversee. I sometimes felt their attitude left a little to be desired, but overall I would buy through them again, and would consider selling through them as well.

Mansell McTaggart charge selling fees as a percentage of the final selling price, not all estate agents do this some use a market price which may be higher than the selling price.
From the outset Matt carried out a valuation and I was impressed with his professionalism, and he did exactly as he said he would. I was pleased with the way my house was marketed.
Jack took the lead on my sale, he lifted our spirits when things looked as though they were not going to plan. My sale was complicated with the involvement of another property and I was worried at some point timings would not match and I would be homeless. Jack co-ordinated the chain and reassured me. Without his input I may have decided to abandon the sale, I am so pleased I did not. Jack was always aware of where my case was and he updated colleagues for times he was not working. Jack certainly removed some of the stress of the process for me.
I had several calls from Connor and found that messages were passed on and if I asked a question he didn't know he would find the answer and get a reply for me.
I am really grateful to the whole team but particularly Jack, and would recommend Mansell McTaggart to others. Thank you very much

Great experience buying with the team here - Steven calmly and informatively saw through what was otherwise a bit of a slow and frustrating process (nothing to do with the agents, just solicitors). He kept us up to date and made sure that everything got sorted in time. We really felt like could trust them to sort out their side of things!

I originally listed my flat for sale through another agent, but didn't receive much communication or response. Even whilst my property was listed elsewhere, Mansell McTaggart would contact me to check-in and let us know of any properties we might be interested in. After not much luck with the original agent, I switched to Mansell McTaggart and the difference was obvious immediately. Cameron worked on my case mostly, with Steven helping later on, and they were both brilliant. They kept me updated regularly whilst my property was on the market and were always available to answer any questions I had whilst the sale was going through. Would absolutely recommend them!

In general, the whole team at the East Grinstead branch were very helpful, efficient and professional at all times. We had a difficult time getting it all done and the process lasted over half a year because of other parties involved, however Mansell McTaggart were always providing a quality service no matter what and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I cannot explain how professional and easy to contact Mansell McTaggart were in East Grinstead! We had a terrible ordeal dealing with another Estate agent in East Grinstead. After all our problems we moved to Mansell McTaggart and to be fair my expectations of them were pretty low but they exceeded every professional standard and I had complete trust and faith in them every step of the way with the sale of our property. I highly recommend these estate agents in East Grinstead, they are extremely professional and made the whole process very smooth from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Cameron and he was fantastic throughout the process, but all other guys are very good as well. I will be definitely using them again in the future.

This is the second time we have used the guys at Mansell and as always the guys are 2nd to none, Matt was our lead agent and could not be happier with his professionalism and helpfulness, nothing was to much to ask and he always got back to us with our enquires in a timely friendly manner.
Steve and Tim as usual where on hand to help and again can not fault there service. We had a difficult move and they along with Matt did a fantastic job keeping things calm and moving everything forward.
I wouldn't go anywhere else to move home, all properties are well priced and customer service is spot on.
