Very basic competence- everything from the photos, text and then the viewings had to be corrected - Overall the team were well meaning but we’re clearly overwhelmed by the busy market and as such lacked the competence of a more polished agency - I’d say they are fine if you’re selling under 500k - but anything upwards of that you may want to try a more established agency.
