16th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

From the very beginning, Simon and Russell were incredibly helpful, always responding promptly to any inquiries and going the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Throughout our tenancy, they were consistently professional, trustworthy, and transparent. We always felt supported, whether it was during the moving-in process or when we needed assistance with maintenance issues. Every time we contacted them, they were quick to resolve matters and kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. We never had to worry about hidden fees or unclear processes – everything was upfront and explained in detail. Even after we left the property, they were efficient with the check-out process, ensuring everything was settled fairly. They are the best letting agents in Haywards Heath, we truly appreciate all the help and care they provided during our time as tenants, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agency. If I ever need to rent in HH again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return to them!

Elle has helped me immensely, being very clear and precise with every detail. The apartment was cleaned in detail before I moved in, for every question I had they were very correct both in phone conversations and emails. I am very happy that I rented the house with this agency, I think they are very correct and serious. I suggest you with your eyes closed. Thank you Elleeee????

A big thanks to my propert manager Kshitija, her communication was seamless, I was always kept informed about any updates or issues. Maintenance requests were addressed promptly, and I appreciated their proactive approach to fix issues even though my landlord is not giving them proper support.- 8th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Just completed a rental agreement with the professional & efficient rental team, esp. 9th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)What can we say these guys are phenomenal. Steven as the manager with Matt and Jack as his senior negotiators absolutely brilliant. Jack took our property on (following a horrific experience with another local agent, beware) and from the get go, kept us updated, chased everything almost daily, had the tough conversations where needed but all the way through we felt it was under control, Matt and Steven stepped in when needed again doing a great job. These guys are worth every penny of the fee and I don’t begrudge any of it. Cannot recommend them highly enough as I opened this review I finish it, PHENOMENAL.

Elliot and his colleagues always replied to my calls and messages promptly and kept me updated about the progress of my purchase. My purchase had a few complications and the team at PSP worked collaboratively with my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor to resolve the problems and were instrumental in getting my purchase to complete as soon as possible. I would be happy to use PSP to sell or buy a home in the future.

Then following the acceptance of our offer Lucy took the reins and what could have been a very stressful process was made so much easier thanks to Lucy. She did the chasing, the phoning around and kept us at ease throughout. Thank you to everyone at Platform Property.

We have just exchanged and are a few weeks from completion but we couldn’t be more thankful for the non stop support throughout the whole process. Rob was always just a phone call or email away if we ever needed anything, explaining the process bit by bit which we are so thankful for. He has made buying our first home such an enjoyable process! 11th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.
