Excellent service and quick to respond to request for market appraisal of my property. Nicola was the complete professional, friendly and well informed about the area so able to suggest a clear marketing strategy if I was to go ahead with sale. Also offered advice on what would be required (or not) in order to achieve the best for the property. Still deciding whether to go ahead, but would be more than to use their services or recommend.

We have recently been in a very difficult position as my mam was evicted from The Slipway, Whitehaven. The Grisedales team, especially Debs and Daria have been fantastic in helping us rent and then buy a property within 4 weeks. They went above and beyond what would be expected of an estate agents. Would definitely recommend using their services.
