Everyone at Whitehaven was very helpful and accommodating, even when I had to cancel a viewing and re-apppoint I was made to feel as if it were no trouble. Lyn was ready and waiting at the property when I arrived, she was very approachable and professional and knew everything about the property, give that woman a raise! I would definitely recommend Grisedales to anyone looking to buy property.

I bought my house through Grisdales in 2019 and have just used their mortgage advisor for my renewal. They were very helpful, it was organised within a day of contact and I got access to a better rate than originally offered on the high street.

Great service from Judith and Carolann at Grisdales in Cockermouth. Very attentive service when it came to the decision to the sell, and the valuation. Judith visited us several times to offer guidance and advice. Carolann worked really hard to make the sale, and kept us informed of events. We'd definitely recommend Grisedales in Cockermouth and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.
