Harper Macleod have been my family solicitor since my father died and have been superb to deal with. Their trusts and tax team have been supportive and caring in their dealings with my Mum as she slid into Alzheimer's. Andrea Ross gets a special mention for handling our property conveyancing and has been so helpful, proactive and efficient throughout. Having dealt with property transactions for many years with so many slow solicitors out there - we recommend HM for any such transactions in Scotland - superb service and great team members.... Genuinely feel like we won the lottery finding these guys. Despite being first-time buyers, I've dealt with several solicitors in the past and I’ve never received this level of service... anywhere… Laura was absolutely incredible. Her professionalism and tenacity were consistent throughout. She kept us informed of every detail no matter how big or small and summarised everything in layman’s terms so we always understood what was going on. She was also always waiting on us – never the other way round (I don’t think she ever took longer than 15 mins to reply to every single email – of which there were lots!), and on top of all of that, she genuinely cared about our case and the outcome.
