Rude, uncommunicative and blunt. Avoid this place like the plague.
The company is unable to provide a service that they initially offered, you do not offer a service and then say you are far too busy to complete the offer, a simple task as sending an email with a phone number on it, disgusted!!!!!

I knew, when you came to sell my first home, nearly 28 years ago, that you were the estate agents for me.
So, when my stepdad died suddenly on the eve of mum going into emergency respite care, and I was faced with selling my parents’ house, I knew I wanted you to handle the sale.
Once again, you have not disappointed. Not only did you ‘smash’ your previous record, selling mum’s house in less than 4 days, but you have been by my side all the way and have guided and supported me through what I found a very emotional process.
Thank you so much for helping me over that final hurdle by arranging to clear the last of my parents’ furniture. Carol, you and your team really did go above and beyond and I cannot thank you enough.

Not professional since the first time of being in contact. Treated like a child... no empathy in any part of the process of selling our house. Unprofessional in the tone used when talking to me. Carol, who I believe is the owner? One comment for example, " we can be trusted you know". When I didn't want to leave them a key for viewings when we were going to be away. I have a 3 year old daughter, living on my own with her. Once the property had sold, the buyers surveyors needed to attend the property, understandably. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances of my self then my daughter being unwell, I had to cancel their visit 3 times, due to drs appointments. I was made to feel as though this was not valid, as though the sale of the property should come first over everything. Overall, just no compassion in anything they did, again, spoken to like a child, no respect with regards to it still being my home at the time, just rude. Would not recommend.

Having dealth with many Estate Agents over the years, I can honestly say Hansons are the best by a country mile and a credit to their profession. This is how Estate Agency should be done. Professional, efficient & honest. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolute cowboy estate agent experience. Cancelled the contract for miserable reasons one day before moving in . Paid in £1500 refunded only £1327. No emphaty whatsover.
