I was promised two times for a call back in regards to my inheritance from a deceased family member and not just a little amount of money either. After weeks of waiting I emailed in. Waited 14 days and no response so I sent another email. I then got a response two days later saying he wasn’t in the office and then finally received a call back and they did give me a sincere apology. However I emailed in the relevant information they required and have not had a response to my query via email and in 9 days so I have had to email them again today... just waiting patiently again for another response now. I find this very unprofessional and Its very frustrating to not know where I stand especially as I am a young pregnant women I do not need this stress.... Read more
