Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.... Read more

You’d have more luck sending a carrier pigeon than them answering the phone if you’re looking for a quick response. Out of office seems to be on more than they’re actually in the office. If your sale falls through don’t expect a call regarding that either, you’ll be told they’ve got more important, pressing matters to deal with. You’d think you didn’t own the property and they were paying you, because don’t you dare try tell them what you’d like done with the sale of your own home. Got the viewings in, but most were absolutely pointless and were just looking for a nosey and not on the market themselves - but they will tell you they are so you agree to the viewing for their stats. Seemed great until the property was actually online, then they might as well of blocked our numbers and taken a trip to the moon. Overall, the valuing and marketing guys did well but the sales team probably need to go back to the drawing board and learn to meaning of “selling”…... Read more

Really easy to get someone out for valuation, and the lady who came out was super enthusiatic. Valued too high by miles but we took a chance with Hunters due to her being so great and were let down. Felt rushed and like noone cared after she came out, like I was chasing updates and what to do next. After 12 weeks we took off tge market with Hunters as we only had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Felt like we were just pushed to one side and forgotton about. All dealings with staff were always good, always happy to help. Fees higher than many others, and the 12 week contract seems high too now we've looked at other agents. ... Read more

Communication and support was non existent. My telephone number was given to a prospective buyer. Flyers were sent to all residents in Waterbeck saying Hunters had sold my house! It’s still not sold!! When I sacked Hunters they called a prospective buyer and told them I had taken the property off the market!! Absolutely awful... Read more
