Harvey Richards and West did a fantastic job selling our property during Covid. They were responsive and helpful throughout, managed to help us to resolve the bumps along the way and found us a serious buyer on the first day of marketing the property. I really don’t think we could have asked for more. Nothing was too much trouble and the sale progress was managed really well for us by Shauna. Rory even texted us at midnight when he had managed to resolve an issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they know the local market inside out. We called Harvey Richards six months ago and gave them a very specific brief along with several other agents in the town as our family needs meant only a particular sort of house would suit and within four weeks of giving them our brief our offer was accepted on a stunning sea view house where I now sit looking at the stunning sunset with my young family playing in the water. What a far cry London is. No other agent even called us !! Not even with something for us to view !!! therefore I cannot recommend Harvey Richards & West more highly to those seeking an outstandingly professional estate agent in Whitstable.... Read more
