I’ve never been a fan of estate agents but Woodward & Bishopp are genuinely nice people who are very good at their jobs. Bishopp is a great guy, thoroughly researching the background and market data when pricing which gives very high confidence in his valuations. David, the progressor (the terminator!) actively chases down delays in the chain and robustly challenges solicitors. Office staff always lovely and very helpful, they do whatever is needed if someone else is not available. Nice genuine, honest company. I’d recommend for sure.... Read more
