Nikki and the team at Spiller Brooks in Whitstable have been outstanding on both a personal and professional level. I can’t really praise them highly enough and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anybody who thinks of buying or selling.
I contacted them after I had been let down by another local estate agent. I was at the end of my tether, frustrated and anxious.
Even before I became their client, Annabel and Nikki took the time to listen to my experience, offering much needed emotional support as well as their professional expertise. They are sending pictures through our post and doors of other peoples properties who have sold in the area this is a breach of these people personal security, as they have taken pictures of other people properties in the neighbour hood,and sent pictures of the sold property to everyone.
Estate agents should not be taking pictures of neighbouring properties and sending it to everyone.
If you have sold properties you do not have to send pictures of others properties to everyone on neighbourhood.
If somone needs an estate agent most are capable of finding one ourselves.
From what have seen you do and post.
What not use you at all, if need estate agent will look else where.

The super Spiller Brooks team have been so good and caring and they demonstrated care and concern for us in our particular circumstances. They have applied themselves to ensure we could go through the stages of the things that needed to be thought through and dealt with in the process of selling , albeit we were a long way away and getting older with health problems. They have commended themselves well with efficient client care and the diligence in marketing and processing the sale.
