We were looking at houses in the Tankerton, Chestfield this spring and summer, and throughout, found Hugo who took the lead in finding us a house, always ready to go the extra mile, both to find us a house that met our needs, but also to provide the advice and guidance that you need when you are new to an area. In summary we found whole team at Kent, Tankerton, and particularly Hugo to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the buying process. Well done the Kent Tankerton team!!

The team at Kent Estate Agencies were fantastic throughout the process - we recently purchased a property in Tankerton and they supported us from start to finish - arranging viewings, providing excellent communication between the sellers, solicitors and ourselves, and really working to remove any obstacles to the purchase when exchange got a little tricky! We could not recommend the team enough and would not hesitate to use again.

I am giving this rating as a buyer rather than a seller, so although not strictly working for us, we found Hannah was great showing us around properties and at keeping us in touch with progress of our purchase, even informing us of events before our own solicitor! She always promptly passed on our questions to the seller, and the Kent teams welcome pack on completion was a lovely surprise. Highly recommended.

A huge thank you to Jordan who has seamlessly organised a string of viewings and second viewings at the last minute for us on this busy Bank Holiday weekend.
Professional, very friendly, great knowledge of all the local areas and house prices along with great ideas for changes and incredibly patient (having so many back on back viewing in one go).
Nothing was too much trouble with Jordan and I would highly recommend you getting in touch with him to help you along your new path!

We had are house sold by a different estate agents but Kent estate agencies were the agency for the house we was buying. Hugo who was dealing with it was exceptional, always following up, there for any queries we had etc etc went that extra mile unlike are own estate agents who we had to constantly chase up got no info a bit useless tbh you defo seen the difference between the 2 - non existent customer service with one we used and second to none with Hugo at the whitstable office estate agents. We should (if known this earlier) went with them as well, highly recommend Kent estate agencies 100%
