We had are house sold by a different estate agents but Kent estate agencies were the agency for the house we was buying. Hugo who was dealing with it was exceptional, always following up, there for any queries we had etc etc went that extra mile unlike are own estate agents who we had to constantly chase up got no info a bit useless tbh you defo seen the difference between the 2 - non existent customer service with one we used and second to none with Hugo at the whitstable office estate agents. We should (if known this earlier) went with them as well, highly recommend Kent estate agencies 100%

After a period of no interest in my property, I switched to Kent Estate Agencies (Tankerton branch) at the beginning of August 2023. Caroline, the manager, was most helpful in explaining how they operate, she helped me complete the necessary forms and we established an initial target price. I was surprised how broadly they could advertise the property, both through the web as well as at other branches. Throughout the time I was with them, I received updates on how many people had viewed the property virtually, how many had viewed the property in person, what feedback they had given etc. I also received market updates which showed properties in the same postcode with price and/or status changes within the last 21 days. The combination of these two mechanisms helped me determine whether to lower the price and by how much. Price reductions were agreed between me and Caroline. When an offer was received, I worked with one of the staff to push that offer up to an acceptable price. Once the offer was accepted, staff worked hard to get us over the line: helping identify reliable companies to do the boiler service, do house clearance etc. And interfacing with my solicitor on occasions. Having completed today, at the beginning of February 2024, I'm really pleased I switched to KEA at Tankerton.

I would like to say that Iona Delo of KEA went above and beyond in respect of her friendliness, helpfulness, her knowledge and for arranging viewings so promptly for me (even some last minute ones). Looking to move and buy a new house is a massive commitment and can be quite stressful. Iona completely understood my concerns about buying the right forever home and didn't make me feel rushed or under pressure to come to any decisions. I am sad that I wasn't able to find my forever property via KEA (primarily because of all the help Iona gave me together with making me feel at ease) as it would have been nice to have given her the sale. She is an absolute asset to KEA and I wish her all the very best for her future.

We have been really impressed with our experience of working with KEA. Caroline came out to view our property and gave her professional appraisal promptly. She clearly has lots of experience in the property market and is very approachable, meaning we were able to ask lots of questions and draw on her experience. We have found both Caroline and Hannah to be easy to communicate with and they are accessible and consistent. We have only had to deal with them, there is no high-churn of staff like we have experienced elsewhere. I previously bought through Kent Estate Agencies in Tankerton and had a really good experience so when it came to selling Kent Estate Agencies in Tankerton were the obvious choice. From the start the whole process was made as easy as possible. Chris, Hannah, Summer and Caroline were so helpful, took a real personal interest in things and although there was a break in the chain the team had resolutions and were really proactive in resolving this and got the sale back on track within 24hours. They were great at keeping everything progressing without being pushy or 'salesy'; my whole experience was like they were truly providing a service and cared about me, rather than focussing on their commission or their own interests. They really went above and beyond for me and I'm not sure the sale would have gone through without them. I really can't fault them in anyway. This is the best estate agency I've ever had to deal with and I would highly recommend them. Other estate agencies could do well to adopt this approach.

We had a very long and at times very stressful transaction but the team at Tankerton saved the day in particular Chris Scoble who went far and above what we would have expected from her. We were constantly reassured and kept up to date with our purchase and can only extend our thanks to Chris for providing that reassurance and, a much needed sense of humour! From the beginning of our dealings with Kent Estate Agent in particular Caroline at Tankerton branch, we have felt in safe and professional hands. Communication has alway been first class. Her support and care in all things has made the process less stressful. Now, even four months after the purchase Caroline is there to support us with aftercare issues.
