I am shocked at the level of customer service I have received from Haus Estates. When I first met Guppy he informed me that I would be the first person the view the property, but this was a lie. I was led to believe I would have a 1:1 viewing however, 5 other people viewed this before me. He is not organised. Instead, he let me view the property myself, without his input. I then asked him basic questions which he could not answer. I question his role and also his lack of professionalism through the phone and how he dressed. I expect estate agents to dress to some standard, but jeans and a T-shirt doesn’t cut it. When I was putting the deposit down, he did not show me the tenancy agreement. I informed him I wasn’t willing to sign a holding deposit without this. He said he would send me this, but I am yet to receive this. It doesn’t feel legit to me. If I have to continually chase this estate agents up, it isn’t a good sign. I would recommend anyone looking to rent/sell properties through this company to find alternatives.... Read more
