Scott was professional, knowledgeable and highly motivated, and we instantly knew we'd made the right choice. Lloyd did an amazing job finding us a committed buyer and achieving full asking price. The sale was seamless, and we couldn't be more grateful. We can highly recommend Chestertons and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
18th Sep 2024 (17 days ago)As far as viewing, admin, and move in was concerned, my partner and I had the smoothest ride as tenants moving into our new flat. Paris and Billy were responsive (my favourite aspect) and professional and friendly. Easiest process, no stress. Wonderful. There was a slight dispute afterwards about something minor, but we got in touch and liaised with branch manager Rob who was equally professional and everything got sorted so credit where credit's due. Happy Tenants. Cheers!
17th Sep 2024 (18 days ago)All we have had with the Portico Leyton team is issue after issue over the span of two years. They have zero respect for their renters and they enable unethical landlord practices and behaviour. Avoid this agency at all costs if you want to be respected as a renter. The incompetence of their property management team is absolutely shocking.

15th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)Very good service, we bought apartment from this agency, we had no problems, proper communication and always ready to help- 11th Sep 2024 (24 days ago)I used Foxtons Hackney to sell my flat. They drew me in with advice to sell the flat with far higher a price than was achievable, they followed this up with poor communication, poor service and creating a seriously unproductive relationship with the buyer. I was passed round the houses with who was looking after me and despite finally getting things over the line, I believe their misrepresentation of the facts led to a lower price being achieved in the sale. Finally they couldn’t even reply within their prescribed timelines for an official complaint. Overall unbelievable considering the price they charge. I would not recommend them to anyone, even if you think their size might result in a quick sale.
17th Sep 2024 (18 days ago)Just completed on our house sale today after over a year of shenanigans (chasing up tenants to get access for photos, continuing to chase tenants that didn't want to leave after house was sold, support through the long legal eviction process, more photos at the house, prevaricating buyer, loss of buyer, finding new buyer...). All-in-all it was a quite stressful, but managed calmly and with aplomb by Russell of Inner City Estates, with great communication and reassurance at every step. Yes, one could say "it's all part of the job", but the way someone does their job counts and leaves a lasting impression. I cannot recommend Inner City Estates, and especially Russell in this case, highly enough!

16th Sep 2024 (19 days ago)As a first time buyer I completed on my flat with Pio as my agent last month and have had such a positive experience with them. Throughout the process from the dreaded bidding war through to renegotiations on sales prices and completion, Pio helped to facilitate multiple surveys, kept up momentum with the sales process and was always responsive to my queries which meant from the sale being agreed to completion was only 11 weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him- he was friendly, open to all questions however small and just a total pro. Thanks for making first time buying that much less daunting!
23rd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Raphael was absolutely brilliant. We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. He did a great job and we are so grateful to him.
18th Sep 2024 (17 days ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

I was a tenant for a year and during this time they were not very attentive to issues we had with the property which was one of the major contributing factors to leaving. When it came to leaving, they would not respond to any requests to release our deposit for almost 2 months! I had to go to a solicitor to assist with getting the deposit back! If you can find any other agent, please do - it's not worth the hassle!
