Sold in 10 days and above asking price!Absolute 5-star service from Hausit! We used them to sell our home and buy our new one, and they were brilliant throughout. The team always chased updates, never made us wait, and made the whole process stress-free. Their marketing is incredible—our house sold within 10 days, bringing in multiple offers and securing a price above asking. Thank you to the whole team for a truly personal service. Highly recommended!... Read more

I rented a house through Hauseit and have had a really positive experience with them. They are a family-run business, and you can really see the difference in the personal service they provide. Mohammed Aliyan and Imran have always been friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Whenever I needed anything, they were approachable and did their best to help. It’s nice to deal with an estate agency that treats you like a person rather than just another tenant. I would definitely recommend Hauseit to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you Mohammed, Imran and the whole team. 5 stars and highly recommended!... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
