Tranquility homes were amazing from the get go, I was in a position where I needed to rent quickly and they help me run through the entire process as smoothly as possible and kept me up to date with any snags. I was blessed to have one of their agents Jenny on hand, she is an absolute star, any issues she resolved promptly, during inspections she was clear and happy to listen to any concerns I had and I knew I could contact her at any point if I needed to! I’m not sure that certain things would have been resolved with out her. Thank you so much Jenny, you were amazing!

Unfortunately we have had a bad ending with dealing with tranquility homes. We had discussed with them on a purchase of a home we were dealing with, unfortunately we had backed out of this purchase due to unknown delays in terms of moving in which didn't work well for our family, plus our buyers for the home we were currently selling. As a result of us backing out of this sale, we had notified our solicitors to let our previous sellers solicitors and estate agents (tranquility homes) know, seeing as we didn't want to continue contact with any of them. Unfortunately the seller solicitors didn't send the message across and I ended up getting a phone call from them (Adam), berating me on not phoning to tell them the course of action. From our understanding everyone within the buying and selling party had known we had pulled out prior to this phone call. While on this call Adam spoke over me the whole time and laughed at me. When I mentioned I was trying to speak he said he doesn't think he should listen to me, and then proceeded to say "whatever" and hung up the phone. This was extremely unprofessional considering I couldn't explain the circumstance and he wouldn't listen. Therefore I am leaving this 1 star review for others to be aware, if you are looking to go through selling or buying with this estate agent, you won't be best received when things may change.

This estate agent took my money and wasted mine time for a holding deposit in a property which i changed my mind on. I was then promised a partial refund which was not processed and i'm still having to chase now. Instead of contacting me to rectify THEIR error like a professional company would, they stayed silent. Still awaiting my money back. Cant seem to speak to the right person. VERY POOR SERVICE

By the time property dashboard mentioned our end of short term tenancy we tried numerous ways of contacting the team but met with no response and finally went to office which finally led to a response. Due to subsequent delay,we lost on lot of properties which we liked and wished to move in . No response either to the maintainence issues put up on their property dashboard either , instead was closed and eventually managed by us on our own. But at time of moving out process ,an amount from deposit was duly deducted for the repairs which wasn't resolved from their end either. Not a great experience and disappointed in the approach from the letting agency.

They discriminate against people who are retired, they want 6 months rent upfront, I bet they don’t ask that for people who work!
And it doesn’t state that on their website - yeh I checked.

Rented with Tranquility Homes for over a year with my wife, and we were delighted with the quality of service we received. We moved in during the pandemic and the team afforded us the necessary flexibility, and sorted out all household issues (including electric repairs) during our tenancy in a very efficient and friendly manner. They were exceptional in the moving out process as there were delays with our next home, and again made us feel taken care of with an emergency extension. Special thanks to Liam Thorpe for giving us peace of mind during this!

Liam seemed too busy. Hardly returned emails and even after i called- still no emails returned. Missed out on a prospective apartment and was told i would get another video viewing for another apartment close-by. Been 3 weeks and still waiting. Tranquility home needs to do better.

Due to the prevailing circumstances, originating transactions remotely has become inevitable. Yet Tranquility homes agent (Tom Gray) met and exceeded my expectations. All aspects of the transaction including contracts and inspections were done remotely. Liaison with property owner was seamless. So imagine how excited I was on arriving at the UK to find the property exceeding my expectations!

Really excellent service. I am moving to Leicester soon and was travelling to view flats, but unfortunately I had a few cancellations. After seeing some flats that caught my eye the evening before my trip, I contacted Tranquility Homes, who helped me to arrange to view them at a really short notice. I felt that they went out of their way to help me out and provide a great service, so thank you!

My experience renting from this shambles of an agency was far from pleasant. Whenever I did manage to get them to answer the phone or reply to an email they did nothing the resolve any issues I brought up which includes but wasnt limited to: spider infestations, more than I have ever seen in my life, ant colonies living literally inside the walls and silvershish living in the upstairs walls as well. However, despite never returning my calls or emails they had no problem calling me 10 minutes before someone would arrive to look at the oven, whiver they called round wasnt wearing a mask or any PPE. This happened three times because each time the agency sent the wrong engenier to the house. Also, We didn't have all the furniture that was advertised and despite being told we would receive it soon but we never did. And then the landlord tried to deduct from our deposit because there was a matress topper missing! Any company that wants to reuse matress toppers for different tennants especially in a time like this is seriously messed up. All in all, a horrible experience from a company that just wants your money and doesn't care how you are treated. DO NOT USE!!!

My wife and myself are first time tenants and the task of finding the perfect property was quite daunting as we also have a baby on the way. Tom was our designated contact and took great care of us. Everything was explained clearly and if we weren’t sure on anything and asked any questions he was more than happy to explain in more detail. Top marks for Tom!!!!. Long story short, The wife fell in love with the house and 2 weeks later we are nearly fully moved in ( with the exception of the odd flat pack and some paint!!) Would highly recommend Leicestershire Lettings & Sales to anyone and we will be using them in the future should we move again.
