If you want to have an easy renting service, do NOT use this company. All they want to do is rent the property to you and then you never hear from them again! The property was disgustingly dirty when we moved in, during the peak COVID period, and there was even blood in one of the bathroom sinks. When we told them about it, they said it was the Landlord's responsibility, but when we asked the landlord, they said it was Hausit's responsibility. Not only did their inventory photos not reflect the state of the place at all, but they sent this almost 2 months late. We had already taken our pictures by this point and asked for the inventory to reflect this, we didn't receive a reply. We have also tried calling/emailing them numerous times to help with issues we have had but you can never get in touch with anyone.
