My partner and I dealt predominantly by Nazim at this branch and he was so helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process of viewing, renting and ending our tenancy. Nothing was too much for him, especially when we encountered some hiccups with move out dates. I always felt like he would have an answer or solution to any problem- and I know I can be a tricky customer. As I was best friends with Ursula I feel this appropriate… My dears: ????So you went flying around saying I’m just a nasty, and calling me things, like well, a witch. I’ve tried in many ways to help you mend your ways, repent your attitude and see the light. Now fortunately I have a bit of knowledge that showed me that you really are, well, clueless who do not know what to do and here, please don't laugh but I tried to use my knowledge to help you! miserable, lonely, snake oil, depressed …pathetic. poor unfortunate souls In pain, with greed This one to threaten people with his snake oil charm and did I hear it ? Yes I did You poor unfortunate souls So sad, it’s true They come flocking to threaten with lawyers because I told the truth about them Then I offered them A house to sell All in return for an apology for the treatment and deceit and all the lies that they have told that are so very obvious darlings please… I tried. Now it’s happened once or twice Someone couldn’t tell the truth and openly admit that they were wrong. Yes there’s been the odd complaint but I’ve really been a saint over all the faults and wrongs done to me So I've warned the public here and I’ll let them judge you but if you wanna take it further, please just ask. You poor unfortunate souls???? Oh and people and companies usually don’t strike out with law firm letters over a review unless they know they have done something wrong in response to review. That’s your biggest mistake so far because it shows you want to hide something or you’d be “go on then” to my face but no you got scared because you knew I know and you want to try and intimidate-it’s cute I’ll admit. Oh and Just so you know… I’m not a person to be messed with… That being what was said by your people (with less profanity from me, but lots from them) so if you see that as a threat from me then you openly admit your own guilt. So what do you want to do? apologise or take me to court. (Goddess I hope it’s the latter, the dopamine hits will sustain me for months) Now one last thing. Get your lawyers to write to ME, not my husband who isn’t the one writing. I am. How dare you and they show such behaviour. Equality act 2010 would suggest speaking to a woman’s husband-even if he is her carer for her physical disability or you’re assuming that autism and adhd equals unable? So. which of the equality act do you choose from? misogyny or ableism. Nothing I’ve said is untrue. I have extensive proof and if you want to take me on… just know I don’t fight unless I have complete proof of what I’m saying. The only way you would be allowed to ask them to write to him not me if you KNOW POA is established which it isn’t. Moving house is stressful, no one will say any different. You’re trying to juggle the end of one tenancy and the beginning of another, there is paperwork, checks and of course packing everything to move. I’m happy that we were with Fraser for the latest move and property we had (February 2021). Nazim was a pleasure to deal with and always made time to handle all the calls and questions we had which helped alleviate so many worries and made that side of the process as painless and as smooth as possible. Absolutely unprofessional. If any repairs are needed they'll bend over backwards not to send over a repairman/contractor. There have been loose tiles under the kitchen sink in the flat I'm currently renting and these haven't been fixed since move-in. They're great at taking your money and disappearing. Although I loved living in the area I'm in and the flat itself, I advise you to avoid them like the plague and rent from a more professional company.... Read more

Crooks and liars. They sell to themselves or their friends the best offers- once they sell it the flat is out of the circulation - it’s like it has never been on sale ! Usually when a flat is sold it still will be on the websites under the word “sold”. The flats that they sell to themselves just disappear - never to be seen again. Mafia style. Avoid at all costs ! Awful. Unprofessional. Never use this agency. They will never help you once the deal is made. Even if you find a nice property advertised by them, look for another agency that can sell or rent it to you. These are crooks and don't know how to do their job.
