if u could give 0 I would. All about the money these people... rented through them for over 2 years. found them so rude didn't feel at all secure in my tenancy., when u arise any issues ur not happy with, ur response is, if ur not happy u can find somewhere else to live. on the end months of my tenancy I completely stopped communicating with Thalim and team and went directly through the landlord who was actually quite lovely. SO in my opinion I would never rent through these guys and I certainly would not let them manage my propertywith that attitude.

I was recommended this company by a close friend and was not disappointed. I had to put my property on rent and I couldn't have asked for more from Thalim. He was very understanding that this was new territory for me and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The most important thing for me was to give my property to a company who will ensure it is looked after properly and this is the reason I gave Thalim and his team my property to manage. He is very efficient and effective in his role and I would highly recommend Heartland Property for their services

I contact this agency to help me to move in to a nice flat. They help me a lot. In a sort time i move from Harrow to Greenford with my family and i stay there for 8 months. In this time anytime i need it something they help me with kind. I recommend this agency anyone's who wants to rent or sell because they are very friendly is like you know from a long time. Heartland Property have been very professional to deal with. I was first introduced to them by a friend when my tenant at the time with a prior agent had to be evicted. Heartland took over at this very difficult time and handled the process very well. They go new tenants who treated the house well and paid on time. All while charging a lower fee than my prior agent. I worked closely with Thalim the manager at Heartland who was an effective and frequent communicator, this was important to me being based overseas. He dealt with repairs and other issues very well, fixing items quickly and at a reasonable rate. When it was time to sell Thalim found a solid buyer at a price I wanted and engaged a solicitor who was good at working with overseas clients and closed the sale quickly. Thalim has a good network of builders, handymen, solicitors, bankers, etc. who can make property management painless and quick. I would highly recommend.
