Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition.
Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties.
We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience.
We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12.
No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology.
We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

Looking for a new home to rent when you are on universal credit can be so stressful and the knock backs can easily affect a person's confidence, however the agents at Everstar Properties were so welcoming and they worked efficiently in helping me to find a new home for me and my family.

These Guys are the worst cowboys in town. To all Landlords out there. Do not give these donkeys your properties to let. They seriously are out for a quick buck and are scam artists.100% Inexperienced and abusive when they dont get their way. I had a phonecall this morning that I recorded that i'd like to post on here if i had the opportunity. The 'agent' or what seemed to me the owner ( RAJAJEE KAMALANANATHAN OR RAGSHANA VIBULANANANDAN) got abusive when i said i wasnt intrested in letting my property to him. (He cold called me btw) he also started to shout racist comments to me over the phone when he didnt get his way. This business wont stay open for long... but while it does stay away.........
As for the gentleman on the phone. maybe its time to move onto another scam if this one isnt working. Your not very good at this job clearly.
