Oaks more specifically Rayaan has been excellent from start to finish in assisting us in letting out our property. We are first time landlords and Rayaan has made the process as smooth as possible noting the legal hoops we are required to learn and jump through along the way. If you are considering selling your property in SW16, I would highly recommend Oaks.
In challenging market conditions we were considering both selling and renting. Valuations were quickly organised at our convenience. The team had completed research before arriving and we were provided with comparable properties that they had sold/rented recently to guide us.
We chose to see our property. The whole Oaks team were very proactive and responsive to our questions. We were always able to get in touch quickly and were given helpful guidance.
Thank you to Pav for his enthusiasm and kindness in showing the property and keeping us updated with feedback. He was doggedly determined to ensure as many viewings as possible and followed up with interested parties to organise second viewings quickly.
Once a sale had been agreed, we were very grateful to James for his calm, pragmatic approach. He is very experienced and helped both sides to reach an agreement.

I'll be candid and say I generally don't hold estate agents in high regard. James and Pavines @ Oaks Streatham changed my view.
They knew exactly the type of buyer who would be interested in our property, got them in quickly and got us a sale we are very happy with.
They went above and beyond, pushing every step of the way to get the whole chain across the line, dealt with any quibbles quickly and professionally. If you're thinking of saving half a % on a cheaper agent, don't. These people really know their market, their areas and people. Thanks both!
