Been using Henley Charles from pretty much when they started up to manage an increasing portfolio and ultimately have moved all properties for them to manage. Pretty much all queries are resolved on initial Contact, compliance is keep up to date and they have a good understanding of the local market as well as reasonably priced handymen/contractors who take care of small maintenance tasks. Particular shout out goes to Josh Aujla who has been outstanding and very attentive throughout.

Probably the most unprofessional agency out there. Booked a viewing for a flat, then Oneil came, was talking on the phone, didn’t even greeted me, after 2 minutes that we were both standing outside of the property he finally decided to off his phone and carry on with the viewing. They advertised a flat on Zoopla and then he showed me a different one. Told him that the pictures are different on Zoopla and he said that he only has keys for that certain property and that it wasn’t his fault. Called the office and they replied that my phone is not working properly and that they advertise and have the right pictures online. I took off my work just for that viewing, such a time wasting agency and individuals. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them. ????

I had a vacant property and approached Henley Charles Erdington with a view to using them as my agent. Vish dealt with me from the start. He is professional, organized and efficient. He explained the process clearly and communicated effectively and quickly. No pressure to go with them but once I had decided to go ahead within two weeks the property had been let. The property was well marketed, great photos, viewings all handled by Vish. On moving in, he has coordinated and arranged repairs/maintenance required. I would definitely recommend. Very impressed with the service received. Thank you Vish.

Tried to apply for a flat, it took 3 separate phone calls to get an answer. I was finally answered on the 3rd call and could hear the consultant watching family guy in the background (Oneil)
A viewing was then arranged, Oneil was then 15 minutes late and showed up with a car full of people, with his music blasting - very professional
I have requested a call regarding my application on several occasions for over a month now, each time I have been told I would be given a call back with an update as soon as a decision has been made or that the landlord is reviewing the applications.
I have had another look today, the flat has been taken down and I still haven't had an update from anyone at the agency
I have never experienced such an unprofessional individual in all of my life.
Avoid this agency, I wish I had read the reviews first. There are so many fake reviews quite clearly written by themselves. Would give 0 if I could.
