Very unprofessional.
Asked over 4 days to see a property.
Was eventually TOLD we could see it at 11am on a weekday! Well we work full time and so this didn't work for us, was not offered another time slot and instead was told if the viewer did not want it then they would contact us...No contact. We emailed again and was told that the initial viewer had declined the house but then changed their mind.
That landlord was not given options to choose a family well suited for that house. The agents were lazy and only allowed that veiwing! Phone manner needs work too.

It seems that any previous professionalism has sadly gone. The girls in the office do their job but it seems that Stuart as the head of sales has lost the plot. Doesn't return calls and no idea of current local market. My advise if you have a place to sell in Nailsea go with one of the other agents like Ginos or Hunter Leigh, you only have to have a quick glance of right move to see the difference. They have places stc! And they offer great communication. Its like they actually want your business!

Sorry to say that I have had a poor service. The tennants deposit that was held by them from 2006 is not being paid back to the tenant on the sale of the property. This is causing great stress to the tenant.

5 star service from Hensons.
Really appreciated the time and careful consideration given into marketing our home properly and appropriately, with great attention to detail and using their vast local knowledge and experience. Pricing a property is always tricky and they achieved over the guide price due these factors.
Once we had a sale confirmed and the conveyancing started that’s where the hand holding began, from wobbly buyers to wobbly venders they kept us sane, managed the relationships well and used their connections at the solicitors to speed things up. When there were bumps in the road they were there for you through it all. Felt very much like you were on the journey together as a team.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Having experienced many other estate agents I wrongly assumed Hensons would be just like the rest of them. How wrong was I! They are brilliant, incredibly helpful and understanding. From being shown the house to now living in it they have been superb! It’s just so nice to deal with an estate agency that actually care and are empathetic. Honestly so chuffed. ????????????????????

A special thank you to Stuart and Angela for the sale of my property and the professional manner in which it was carried out.
I was expecting a bumpy road but the sale was effortless on my behalf. When Angela said “you don’t have to do anything, leave it up to us”, that literally was the case.
The idea of letting my property prior to sale to was a stoke of genious as it more than covered my solicitor costs.
I would definitely use this company again, such lovely people.

They have always found a tenant for our property and conducted the checks etc in a very timely way.
The charges are very reasonable too.

I’ve bought and sold a few houses in my time but I’ve found Hensons to be a cut above the rest . I’ve used them twice now to sell my house. Not only have they managed to get a very good price but their communication and help during the sell is what puts them above all others in my opinion .
Moving home as we know is one of the most stressful things you can have but all the staff at Hensons manage to make it as stress free as possible and they go above and beyond what I expect from an estate agent .

Thank you to Hensons for selling our home. We could not have picked a better team, with every member being professional, polite and friendly. The communication was always flowing, we had a lot of dealings with them (many at the end due to solicitor hold ups) and we got to know many of the staff very well in this time. We actually enjoyed visiting the office with our little girl and speaking with them daily for a while! We built a great relationship with them and really valued their advice when it came to finding a property for us to buy. We are so pleased we picked Hensons to sell, we are currently renting through them and very much hope we’ll find a home to buy through them too! We are grateful to you all but special mentions to Carol for being so lovely at the beginning of our search & setting such a good impression of what the rest of the team were all about and Angela for her sheer tenacity and support in those final weeks before completion.

We recently sold our house in Nailsea, with Henson's Estate Agents of Nailsea. We could not have been more impressed with the service we received from start to finish, We compared four estate agents when considering putting our house on the market, Stuart visited us and had a wealth of knowledge of the immediate area and indepth knowledge of the property market. Both Tom & Carol then visited to familiarise themselves with the property prior to showing prospective buyers around.
They kept us in touch and updated on a regular basis, then when we had accepted an offer that we were delighted with, Angela then took over the sale and dealing with the purchaser's, All the Solicitor's and Estate Agents in a chain of "Seven" We are of the firm belief that the sale would not have progressed smoothly without Angela's stirling and dogged hard work. I have bought property, sold property and rented property through them and in relation to the service provided I have nothing but praise for the Henson’s team. Their service delivery is outstanding and that starts at the top, with Stuart and is evident everywhere within the team. The team are customer focussed, enthusiastic, competent and thorough. They work hard for their clients and deliver on their promises. They are flexible and accommodating. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Henson’s.

Having dealt with Hensons previously I have always found then exceptional but having moved out of the area we have since dealt with another agent. There have been a few bumps in the road with the purchase of our new property BUT who was there for us to offer advice and support with absolutely no charge that’s right it was HENSONS. Never have I wanted to move back into an area just to be able to use an agent! I can it not recommend Hensons highly enough, to go over and above for a previous client is something not many would do! Angela and Stuart moved heaven and earth to firstly get our property sold and then get it over the line during very difficult circumstances. They're very proactive - recommended some good local solicitors and sorted all the little niggling problems caused when selling a house from a distance without any hassle. I've lost count of the number of house moves I've done, more than ten & dealt with many agents. I switched my sale to Henson's, due to a good track record, having sold me my home some years ago, when they were persistent in keeping things on track with a tricky historic matter to resolve. So I went back to Henson's for my sale, as they have skills in both achieving sales & seeing them through to exchange. They have been extremely skilled liaising with all parties, ensuring contracts exchanged after many delays further down the chain. Friendly staff are professional, polite & courteous. Their knowledge of the North Somerset housing market is superb.

This company doesn’t deserve any stars, they are unprofessional and their customer service is the worst I have ever come across. They are quick to take your money and run. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Stay away if you want to save yourself months off absolute hell, which we went through with hensons. Companies like these shouldn’t be aloud to be in business.

I've had my opinion of Estate Agents completely changed by Hensons!! They took on the sale of our property and demonstrated a level of patience and confidence that got our home sold for the right price, where others had tried and failed.
When the chain got tricky they went above and beyond to make sure we got the sale closed off; taking on work that should really have been dealt with by others. For that I can't thank them enough, and I'm sure that without Stuarts intervention we might still be waiting for our move date.
Really... Hensons are impressive, and a pleasure to deal with.

We are having long term problems with our house and asked Hensons for advice. Stuart Burdge came out to look at our property. Even though it is unlikely we will be moving imminently he stayed for a good hour, looked around thoroughly, and made many very helpful suggestions that we are following up, including some important advice that we have never received before in ten years of struggles with our house. I too rarely write reviews but I must say my experience in dealing with Hensons has been entirely different from the review I just read. I have just moved house having sold 3 properties over a period of 20 years through Hensons, I have also bought 2 properties including our new one from them and in every case I have received a brilliant service both as a buyer and a seller with everyone in the Nailsea office knowing exactly what was happening and keeping us posted. On this occasion I and my wife Helen were both surprised at the price that Hensons achieved (in 3 weeks) which was well above the values other estate agents had deemed possible and was more than £20,000 better than expected. They also found my new house for me and gave good advice and guidance along the way. I will definitely recommend them and have done so on several occasions in the past.* * * * *

I rarely write reviews but just wanted to warn others of the poor service from this company.
The initial service was good but unfortunately the owner of this independant estate agents seems to do all the calls & negotiations and he fails to deal with issues and return phone calls which causes unnecessary distress & considerable inconvenience.
The female staff are very helpful but seemingly powerless as all communications must go through the owner which is where they seem to end. Not even a bottle of wine or card left - all in all very poor.
