I am afraid I cannot give a good review . We put our property on the market in March . It was just one error after another . One problem was they promise that you won’t be doing many viewings yourself when in reality we ended up doing the vast majority and when they did send an agent he was late and I ended up half doing the viewing before my husband tapped on the agents car window to say the viewers were already inside .
2 They found us a buyer only problem was they were selling a property that no one would be able to get a mortgage on . This was due to a problem that is widely known about in the U.K. it went all the way to signing contracts before the problem was flagged . We ended up paying thousands in solicitors fees for nothing at all. They should have looked out for this completely forseesble problem that should have been flagged on day one .
2 they are very difficult to get hold of , you have to ring four times for someone to pick the phone up .
Before our house sale fell through Steven Holden admitted the service we received was unsatisfactory, and was in his defence going to halve the bill had the house sale actually gone through . However it hasn’t gone through and we have removed our property from the market having already paid enormous solicitors fees for nothing at all as it was allowed to proceed to signing contracts . The problem was only flagged when our buyers buyer tried to access her mortgage .
Holden Copley charge way more than anyone else but don’t check potential buyers out properly , ending up costing you lots of money and time for nothing .

they were good
I onlydont. give 5 stars as house had subsidence and it should have been marketed for cash buyers only from the begining and I wasn't advised accordingly but once I was having problems with the sale they very quickly remarked and updated me regularly and very efficiently

As I was selling on behalf of my mother and living a distance away the staff were very helpful with problems that arose. They always kept me well informed with developments and dealt with negotiations very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending them .

Holden Copley were the one positive constant in our whole home buying experience. We can’t commend them enough! From valuation to sale, they were a cut above the rest. Layla, Chelsea and Georgia were so helpful with our sale. When it came to our purchase we really can’t thank Emma Franks enough! Don’t know how she does it but she really did go above and beyond the call of duty to push things along and be a calming influence throughout!
