I am afraid I cannot give a good review . We put our property on the market in March . It was just one error after another . One problem was they promise that you won’t be doing many viewings yourself when in reality we ended up doing the vast majority and when they did send an agent he was late and I ended up half doing the viewing before my husband tapped on the agents car window to say the viewers were already inside .
2 They found us a buyer only problem was they were selling a property that no one would be able to get a mortgage on . This was due to a problem that is widely known about in the U.K. it went all the way to signing contracts before the problem was flagged . We ended up paying thousands in solicitors fees for nothing at all. They should have looked out for this completely forseesble problem that should have been flagged on day one .
2 they are very difficult to get hold of , you have to ring four times for someone to pick the phone up .
Before our house sale fell through Steven Holden admitted the service we received was unsatisfactory, and was in his defence going to halve the bill had the house sale actually gone through . However it hasn’t gone through and we have removed our property from the market having already paid enormous solicitors fees for nothing at all as it was allowed to proceed to signing contracts . The problem was only flagged when our buyers buyer tried to access her mortgage .
Holden Copley charge way more than anyone else but don’t check potential buyers out properly , ending up costing you lots of money and time for nothing .
