Overpriced the house, took over a month to put the sign up, for it to fall down the next day. Didn’t advertise on social media like they told me they would had no viewings for the first 2 months

House got stuck on market due to increase in interest rates, value dropped and had to push to get sale through, but finally got there!

Terrible experience putting my property on the market with Holden Copley in West Bridgford.
There are other agents who will provide a much more personalised service, with staff who know the area well and will spend time and effort promoting your property.
Holden Copley were unprofessional, unresponsive and paid little attention to detail.
Would not recommend marketing your property with this company.

Brilliant estate agents, well worth their charges. Arranged everything, photography, virtual tours on internet, drone shots, supervised viewings. Excellent for information flow throughout the selling process. Very highly recommended.
