Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

Jasmine and the team at Holden Copley, provided great service through the process of the sale of my property. Communication at every major stage was excellent and I knew that I could rely on Jasmine to provide clear and accurate updates as and when needed. The amount and timing of the information was always well judged - informative without constantly bombarding me with stuff. I am in the process of buying a property through HoldenCopley, and the whole experience has been great. Buying a home can be stressful at the best of times, but the team kept everything moving smoothly and were always easy to deal with.
A big shoutout to Kerry Thomas, who's been fantastic throughout. She was open and transparent throughout the whole process, kept me updated without me ever needing to chase, and was always happy to answer any questions. It's made the whole thing feel a lot less daunting.
