My partner and I have just been through the moving process with Frank Innes. As previously moving house within the Nottingham area, we were dreading having to do it all again. Selling a house is a major thing in your lives especially if you have lived in your property for the best part of 38 years. Having decided to sell, we invited a number of estate agents out for the valuation process. Alice from the Mapperley branch came to see us. She made us feel at complete ease with the process and spent time explaining the process in full. She was knowledgeable and knew the market at the time. Although we didn’t actually decide to sell with them, Alice still kept in touch and suggested ideas when we weren’t initially getting people through the door. Even when we did eventually get a sale, she still kept in touch, congratulating us for the journey. We found Alice pleasant to deal with and had our circumstances been just a little different, we would definitely had been giving her a call to market our property. Incredible service offered to us by Kim and Jessica from the first day we started our process with Frank Innes up to the time we were assisted by Abby when she handed over the keys to us.
