A well deserved 5 stars. My husband and I recently sold our rental property with Holroyd Homes. Both as rental agents and with the sale of our property, the service we've received from Simon and Russell has been excellent.
We followed Simon's marketing advice when we placed the house for sale and this quickly resulted in 3 offers. We were able to proceed with the best potential buyer and had a relatively quick, no nonsense sale, at a price we were happy with.

I took some time before I put my property on the market and was more interested in using an independent firm. I am a professional myself and I have high expectations and selling and buying a home is can be very stressful. Both Simon and Russell ticked all the boxes when it comes to professionalism and getting the job done. They are approachable and responsive with their negotiations and always happy to assist.
I also purchased my ongoing property with them and experienced both selling an buying and I couldn't have had a better service. It was very stressful towards the end but with Simon's valued experience we managed to Exchange just before Christmas.
It has been a breath of fresh air dealing with Holroyd's and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Simon and his team were professional and diligent throughout the recent sale of my property. Simon came to value the property and instantly came across as very sincere and genuine. There was realism and honesty from the outset , which can sometimes feel hard to find from the larger chains of estate agents. Simon personally handled many aspects of the sale and helped to speed up the process by chasing up enquiries with solicitors. All queries swiftly responded to by the team. Highly recommended.

When we took the decision to sell our home, we approached multiple agents for valuations. After meeting with each agent, we felt that Simon was the most sincere and made us feel like we wouldn’t just be “another client on the books”. We then took the decision to sell our home through Simon and his team. From the onset, the whole team was professional, friendly, responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. Louise conducted multiple viewings in our home and these were undertaken with respect to our property and possessions, which was particularly important during the pandemic. I first dealt with Simon 11 years ago when I bought my first home from him. His service was exceptional and my husband and I always said that when we wanted to sell our house we would always use him. For the second time round he has been exceptional truly going above and beyond, which is exactly the reason why we used his services again.
Simon offers a personal professional service and most importantly keeps us fully informed during the entire process. When things got stressful Simon and his team did there best to take the stress away which really has helped.
Simon and his team are professional yet friendly and go the extra mile to help. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us. We have brought and sold through holroyd and both services have been exceptional. We viewed many houses this time round through other agents and the service from them was appalling. From though we didn't find our new home through Simon this time round he still offered advice on helping us find the right home.
I will always use holroyd if I was to sell or buy another home and always recommend him to others.
