I recently concluded my tenancy with Holroyd Homes, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provided throughout my time renting with them. From the very beginning, Simon and Russell were incredibly helpful, always responding promptly to any inquiries and going the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Throughout our tenancy, they were consistently professional, trustworthy, and transparent. We always felt supported, whether it was during the moving-in process or when we needed assistance with maintenance issues. Every time we contacted them, they were quick to resolve matters and kept us informed every step of the way.
What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. We never had to worry about hidden fees or unclear processes – everything was upfront and explained in detail. Even after we left the property, they were efficient with the check-out process, ensuring everything was settled fairly.
They are the best letting agents in Haywards Heath, we truly appreciate all the help and care they provided during our time as tenants, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agency. If I ever need to rent in HH again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return to them!

Simon is an outstanding estate agent. He is straightforward to deal with and, unusually, does exactly what he promises. Most agents I have dealt with are active until an offer is accepted. Simon kept in regular contact with me and was active in chasing everyone involved up to exchange and completion so that I always knew what was happening.
I would have no reservation in recommending him!

A well deserved 5 stars. My husband and I recently sold our rental property with Holroyd Homes. Both as rental agents and with the sale of our property, the service we've received from Simon and Russell has been excellent.
We followed Simon's marketing advice when we placed the house for sale and this quickly resulted in 3 offers. We were able to proceed with the best potential buyer and had a relatively quick, no nonsense sale, at a price we were happy with.

I took some time before I put my property on the market and was more interested in using an independent firm. I am a professional myself and I have high expectations and selling and buying a home is can be very stressful. Both Simon and Russell ticked all the boxes when it comes to professionalism and getting the job done. They are approachable and responsive with their negotiations and always happy to assist.
I also purchased my ongoing property with them and experienced both selling an buying and I couldn't have had a better service. It was very stressful towards the end but with Simon's valued experience we managed to Exchange just before Christmas.

I first dealt with Simon 11 years ago when I bought my first home from him. His service was exceptional and my husband and I always said that when we wanted to sell our house we would always use him. For the second time round he has been exceptional truly going above and beyond, which is exactly the reason why we used his services again.
Simon offers a personal professional service and most importantly keeps us fully informed during the entire process. When things got stressful Simon and his team did there best to take the stress away which really has helped.
Simon and his team are professional yet friendly and go the extra mile to help. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us. We have just sold our house through Holroyd home and have nothing but praise for them. From the start we were impressed by Simon and felt we could trust him. The marketing of the house was very good and we had a steady stream of viewings and a few offers before finding our buyers. All through the process, Simon, Louise and Russell kept us fully informed. Once we had accepted an offer, I feel that they exceeded our expectations in keeping a really close eye on the whole chain and making sure we knew exactly what was happening.

We were using another local estate agent in Haywards Heath to sell our house that we found terrible. They didn't give us any feedback,, hardly any viewings, kept blaming it on the price etc. etc.
We decided to engage with Holroyd Homes after about 16 week of nightmare. Instantly we felt so much better from the first time of meeting Simon, he gave us some amazing advice, gave us realistic price and communication was spot on from start to finish.
We had a great flow of prospective buyers coming through the property and within 8 weeks the property was sold.

We have dealt with Holroyd homes as landlords for several years with a property in Haywards Heath. Initial thoughts were that Nutley would be outside their catchment area. We need not have worried however as from the beginning we had multiple viewings on our property. The Holroyd team kept us informed at all times of viewing appointments and outcomes and an acceptable offer was received in a matter of weeks. I have now used Holroyd twice to sell my property's over the last 5 years and am always blown away by the level of service i receive. They are not the "typical" estate agent, they give an honest approach to the whole process and keep you updated along the way. I have never had to second guess anything and have always known where i stand. These things are very stressful and Holroyd have always made me feel calm in the knowledge they had it all in control. Louise and I switched to Simon Holroyd and his team when a popular competitor was having little joy in selling our semi-detached home. We noticed a big difference straight away in a much more positive attitude to selling OUR house.

Having purchased and sold many houses while working my way up the property ladder, I have come across many estate agents and without doubt Simon Holroyd and his team are the best estate agents i have dealt with - they are not a stereotypical estate agency - they are honest, friendly, loyal and go above and beyond to ensure that your house sale/purchase goes smoothly and efficiently. Arranged a viewing for a property only to find the property is not for sale.not even the courtesy to ring us to tell us this or they wouldn't be meeting us for the viewing. Then fobbed us of by saying they had left is a voicemail and we had given them the wrong email address. Utter shambles!!!!!!
