They made a complete mess of the house and land I bought. A complicated division of land and property, they got almost everything wrong and set the stage for a three year legal wrangle over rights of way and land ownership with our close neighbour who bought his property through them at the same time. Their slapdash attitude, lack of attention to detail and failure to correctly finalise the plans cost my family very dearly indeed.

A caveat: it was Andrew Sadler from the firm Monkhouse Banister who arranged the sale before the company partnered with Batcheller.

We have used a range of services from Batcheller Monkhouse over the past 4 years and we would not have achieved the outcomes we did without their unfailing expertise. Their fantastic and diligent rental department managed our property for more than 3 years after which their incredible sales team sold it for us. There were complex planning issues related to the sale and in stepped their planning department to resolve these for us! It has been a one stop shop for all our requirements which was so reassuring as they did all of this with us residing in NZ. Prompt, utterly professional and most of all caring. Very special thanks to Simon and Carly for their determined efforts to secure the favourable outcome they did.

In July 2017 they moved into the old Barclay's Bank building in Lower Street. I have tried putting in the edit on google maps but so far not accepted - even though Batcheller Monkhouse own website gives this information on the move. Come on google approve my edit. Google maps shows nice historic pictures of the old offices in Pulborough. The first one is now demolished and new flats built. They moved to New Bartram House which is 50m down the road toward Swan Corner a few years ago and now in July2017 they are in Lower St. I don't know how to get Google to indicate the pictures are of their old offices and not the current one.
Edit:: I have even gone and taken a picture when passing by yesterday and uploaded it to show their new offices in the Old Bank Building - notice new glass door and lower portion of windows now one large pane plus THEIR NAME OVER THE DOOR... come on google Approve the edit. Your text for the "this place has closed or never existed" should be updated as you now have hidden under here a very appropriate radio button option of o-Moved and "drag the marker to the new position". YEA this is what we need but please change the text for the slider switch option so local people like us just trying to keep your (google) maps up to date can find it.
