A super big thanks to Josh, Elliot, Louisa, and all the others at PSP Homes in Haywards Heath. They are efficient, professional, reliable, and, most importantly, rather excellent at what they do. Our home was sold within days of listing with them, and they facilitated a complex and somewhat messy chain with related sales and purchases on either end, working very hard to ensure a successful outcome for all involved. There are two things you need for a successful sale and purchase. A good estate agent and a good solicitor. The first is now hopefully sorted for you.

Had a great experience selling our late father's house with PSP Homes. From the start, Josh was sensitive and knowledgable and took great care and attention when he came over to value the property, and calmly talked us through the process. Anna and Louisa were both excellent and enthusiastic when it came time to actually sell the house, and then when Elliot took over to proceed the sale, he was always super fast to communicate with us, and he went above and beyond when complications arose, that he took care of for us. My sister and I can highly recommend PSP Homes and the whole team there!

I am a landlord and my tenants have only just moved in so my review is based on the service PSP have offered in regards to marketing my property and finding tenants. Throughout this process PSP have been extremely helpful, efficient, approachable and human. They haven't just reeled off the same old cliches but have had proper conversations with me. They have offered me a good value service and hopefully all will go well as the tenancy progresses.
