Very happy with everything. On behalf of my whole family I wish to express our gratitude and immense satisfaction for the loving care my wife is receiving at Fernbank. The nurses and carers all show great affection and goodwill towards her despite her being so incapacitated - and much kindness and helpfulness to me. My wife always looks neat and well dressed and always mentions the good care and attention she receives as well as the delicious meals on offer. She is especially thrilled everytime the activities coordinator showers her with special attention. There is a lot of discussion about care homes but Fernbank could show them how it should be. KD...
