Smile to your face but don't care. Unprofessional. Repeatedly avoid issues rather than deal with them. Rarely answer or return calls, if at all. Send substandard workmen to fix issues who end up creating more problems and damage through their shoddy workmanship and cheap materials. Last few tenants they have let the property out to have had to be evicted for causing damage to the property and neighbouring property through neglect, bringing filth, pets and cockroaches to the property and racist abuse. Not to mention moving extra people in and cutting extra sets of keys without permission and not returning them. I have no doubt their friends and family are the ones who are writing the good reviews on here. Avoid at all costs. Happy to post photos and evidence of the above issues if they are denied....
