Moved in quickly to an apartment on King’s Road, and while the location is great, the apartment itself was in poor condition. The windows didn’t close properly, leading to constant humidity, worsened by the apartment’s north-facing position. The heater was ineffective and couldn’t compensate for these issues, making the space cold and uncomfortable. Additionally, I had to deal with mice and bugs, and despite reporting these problem, no pest control measures were taken, highlighting a concerning lack of attention to maintenance and tenant concerns. I had the best experience renting my house with Home Fullstop. Last year, as an international student, I moved to London for my university year abroad and I did not have the possibility view apartments before my course begun. Many agencies I had previously contacted were anything but keen to help me and most of the time they just hung up the phone on me when I tried to explain the situation. With Home Fullstop, it’s been the complete opposite: from the beginning they’ve been incredibly helpful and kind. Karim is the best person you can deal with when it comes to finding an apartment: he was eager to help me during the whole process, scheduling a video tour of the flat and answering any question I had. Even after renting the flat, he’s always been available if I had problems, resolving them as soon as possible and reassuring me I could contact them if I had any issues. I moved to London for a year for my Master's program and was unable to fly there before to tour a flat. I was able to schedule a video tour of a flat with Karim, who kindly walked me through the entire place, answered my questions and showed me around the neighborhood. I can now say after my year of living in the flat that Karim, Daisy, and the entire HomeFullstop team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout my tenancy. Every time I had an issue they were there to come check it out and get it fixed as soon as possible. I have heard stories of people in London dealing with really bad landlords and having lots of trouble, so I felt very lucky because the HomeFullstop team was great. I was in regular contact with the manager Karim Eigner throughout the process. From viewing the flat, to moving in, to any issues and until the day I moved out, Karim was always kind, very friendly, quick to reply and professional. The agency were quick to address any issues and keep the flat up to safety standards. They gave good notice and were also quick to return my deposit. I would definitely use them again. Great company and great honest agents. Had the pleasure to work with Radimir R. and was very pleasantly surprised. Nothing compared to some of the scumbags out there in the same industry who try to take you for as much money as possible and try to get you to sign as many legal documents possible and asap. No pressure like that with these guys you sign only when its really necessary and they dont take you for any extra money. Also the apartment ive rented through them would probably be 50% more through other agencies.... Read more
