Not good my anty was interested in a house on her road every time she would ring in was told the house has been sold but on the web site it said on offer.I ring in today to see if it has been sold or on the market a male staff there spoke to me.He was very rude so why lie for.My anty goes the property has come back on the market twice after being sold.So after that rude attitude She has gone and put a offer on someone else house with a another agent they have accepted her offer.... It is with delight that I share my experience with the rest of you that have been fortunate enough to visit the website of HS Home Search Estate Agents B8 and read their reviews before making a decision about one of the most serious financial commitments for anyone living in the UK. Having bought two properties previously through other estate agents in London, I was made to believe that purchasing a home can never be done without going through stress. I cannot explain how wrong I was in thinking so as my view has utterly changed since I purchased my third property via HS Home Search Estate Agents. HS Home Search Estate Agents has been very supportive, the process has been very smooth and thanks to the excellent customer service I received from Mahmood Khan and the staff. From the start, I enjoyed a high level of professionalism, my appointment to view the house was observed and on time, I was not rushed when I went to view the property and I was accorded individuality as opposed to group viewing. All my questions were answered and when I submitted my interest to purchase, Mahmood Khan responded swiftly to confirm the buyer’s acceptance of my offer and they straight away got the ball rolling. There was no time wasting i.e. going back and forward in regards to the purchase. I was offered guidance on available solicitors for my purchase but again given the autonomy to look elsewhere if I preferred to do so. I was kept informed about the progress of my purchase. On the few occasions when I had to contact them all my emails/ calls were promptly responded to. The staff were transparent and caring. Because the process was so smooth and stress free, I at one point could not believe I was purchasing a property, as had gone through a lot of stress when I was purchasing my other properties. From start to completion the process was just quick and given the quality of service I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. I am delighted that even after purchase of the property I can contact them to inquire about any recommendations for gas inspector/ electrician/decorators and this is so because the level of trust I have with them.... Had my home valued by a pushy school boy, who then proceeded to pester to me to market my house with HS Home Search, I'm so glad I didn't. I then tried to arrange a viewing on another property that unfortunately is marketed with them and received the same demanding questioning about my finances. Whilst I understand that you are sales agents, I know of no other agency that operates in this very intimidating manner. I would say to anyone considering selling your home do NOT use this company. You would have more luck with giving away your property to the Administrators!! _______________________________________________________________________ In response to the below please feel to attend my offices as well and that would mean your DAD Mr Mahmud Khan, who has received several requests from my self personally, if there is a doubt in this matter and you would like me to start posting evidence on line than that shall be the way forward!! I have no intention to waste my time and post a review which is fabricated for further clarification be a man and sort out this out unless you would like everyone online to find out your DADS fruadelent scams. All you guys know who i am and where i am and you still have the nerve to behave in a manner where you guys think your the victims. Its quite the opposite.
