The best in Birmingham. I listed my property with a well known high street agent for more than 4 months but nothing was happening even though I had a decent amount of viewings. There was not enough post sale initiative or effort from them. So I decided to go with Arden after a careful study of the local estate agents. They never disappointed. Especially, Tony from Coleshill branch. He was there for each viewing. Acted as a perfect middleman between me and the buyers. I SOLD THE PROPERTY IN 2 WEEKS TIME for the price range I was looking for. So, highly recommended.

Be careful what you sign with these guys because you could end up like me and sign one expensive paper and be charged an extortionate amount for nothing. I would say it's not an estate agent but a robbers agent that charges for absolute nothing!!!

Extremely bad service and experience. Tony was rude as hell while Paul's Customer service was good. All the dealings by this estate agent are dodgy. I viewed a property and put an offer, which was £16k (£186k) above the asking price and Paul told me that he had offers above that. So, I said ok but the other day (after 8 months) I checked the land registry records the same house was sold for £3K less (£167k), which was £19k less than mine.
Now someone will say that the surveyor report may have reduced the price. No because it was specifically mentioned on zoopla that there will be no reduction in price on surveyor report. Paul never give u "official email" for correspondence or offer instead of using "hotmail account" to tell u later that it isn't our email address.
Recently. I had a viewing again with this estate agent and on this occasion, Tony was telling people & me that "email us" on this address, which was NOT an email address instead it was the website address. People and I was telling him that it is website not email address but Tony was making a fun of people that the people don't know email address. Note: I am a Professional computer programmer.
So, "Sellers" be alert that you will "get less" for your house as these agents take money from the buyers to sell your home for less.

I enquired about a house viewing. I spoke to them several times so its not a one off. they are so lax. they couldn't accommodate a viewing even when I asked them to pick a date. useless staff. please don't use them to sell your house. they also take underhand payments.
