The best in Birmingham. I listed my property with a well known high street agent for more than 4 months but nothing was happening even though I had a decent amount of viewings. There was not enough post sale initiative or effort from them. So I decided to go with Arden after a careful study of the local estate agents. They never disappointed. Especially, Tony from Coleshill branch. He was there for each viewing. Acted as a perfect middleman between me and the buyers. I SOLD THE PROPERTY IN 2 WEEKS TIME for the price range I was looking for. So, highly recommended.

Have to say the service from ball 1 was amazing, Tony and his team very efficient and always there to answer every question swiftly and also gave so best tips and advice that’s never received from any other agent when putting my house on the market to sell, by far my the best letting agent I have dealt with.

Absolutely brilliant at selling our house! Quickly and efficiently ???? Ardens were highly recommended by someone else as we previously failed to sell using other local agents, but Paul was on it and made sure that both parties were supported to reach their end goal ????Communication was good and they were easy to get through and always staying in touch with updates. Excellent service ????
