Quite a smooth process where you are walked through the stages by the different individuals responsible. The branch manager also oversees progress and offers advice if you stray off course. They don’t set unrealistic expectations and tell it as it is.... Read more

They were generally quite good in terms of communication, organising viewings etc. I think the property was too far from their core area and they struggled with local area knowledge and didn't have a large pool of ready and waiting potential buyers. Overall I was happy with the service and the property was sold reasonably quickly.... Read more

As a landlord my experience has been diabolical, clueless staff or very rude staff with really bad attitudes. Once I decided enough was enough I was then told very rude and abruptly by Emily Hogg you have to give 6 months notice to leave them !?!? Very bad avoid... Read more
