It`s great to have a company such as Homesite on your side, whether you are buying, selling or renting property. Nothing is too much trouble and it`s a very professionally run estate agency. Great experience working with Homesite Estate Agents. Nik was extremely helpful and helped me find a great place. Even at the moment, where the market is quite tough, I found he had my best interests in mind - I could TRUST him to find a place for me that fit my budget and needs and to be honest about my options, not scare monger me into taking something that didn't fit what I was looking for (which you often see). Five stars. Highly recommend the Homesite team!

Homesite recently sold a property for me. They cannot be recommended highly enough. From start to finish Nigel, Nik and the team were courteous, helpful and professional. They kept me well informed throughout the process, managing to sell my property for a good price, more cheaply than competitors, in an uncertain market. This was an emotional sale of an inherited property. Living miles away made it more difficult. Even though I never met the team, Nigel inspired me with confidence from the word go, and has been unfailingly helpful, thoughtful and - with never a hint of patronisation - given me clear guidance. Needless to say, I will use them again.

Homesite stood out from the rest in the best way possible, Nic was very professional, knowledgeable and informative during the viewings and contact negotiation and the office staff Priya was excellent throughout reference checks, etc.. I would highly recommend renting through this agency (it's not often you say that!)

I had a very bad experience with homesite estate agency.
Please read very carefully contract !! I did agreed pay 6 months advance my rent after only 4 months they make me pay for another 6months . The inventory company it’s expensive and the report they make have a lot mistakes , again pls check flat and report check in if u don’t want later pay for things u didn’t broke.
Homesite tried took all my deposit, make me pay for things working well like one handle was broken they demanded that I need pay for 4 handles even check in report show clearly that only one handle is broken and bed which was dipped and wasn’t good condition at beginning they wanted I pay full price 2,237£ For new bed, I won dispute thankfully but I felt stress and it was awful experience.

I rented a property through Homesite Estate Agents and below is a summary of my experience from rental to exiting the property. Overall rating is 2 out of 5.
When you are signing a new lease with them make sure you negotiate the fee's, to zero as they do not deserve a penny - both at check in and check out.
Before signing read the contract particularly for the inventory Company at check out of the property - that you are free to use whomever you want at check out.
The owner of Homesite Nigel will try and coerce you into using the agencies preferred Company which are very expensive and there is no need to use them at check out. Any inventory check out company will do.
During our stay the agency were inconsistent about returning emails for issues. 99% of the time we had to chase them more then once to get an answer. They can thus be unprofessional.
The agency gave me less then 24 hours notice on several occasions for viewings. On one occasion they didn't have the keys and I had to make my way home to open for a viewing.
Upon check out I had to chase Nigel from the agency several times about trying to return the deposit. They will try their luck with what should be considered fair ware and tare. Overall I would recommend staying away from this agency. 2 stars is generous.

My experience was horrible. My agent was Odee, and he is not helpful at all. The communication was not clear, I found the flat I like, but it's gone even though at first he said my offer was the first, and my offer was the same price. I know the it's a landlord's privilege, but at least inform me about what's going on. I believe he is a little bit racist too, it's like he doesn't want a Chinese renting the property. I believe the company is no that bad, and my experience was just caused the unprofessional agent. My advice is if you get appointed with agent named Odee, just tell them you want other agent. Cheers

I am very dissappointed with Homesite, I would give 0 review if I can. We have been looking to rent a 2 bedroom in the area and came accross to the property we really liked (after doing lots of searches - which anyone who had done this must know how frustrating trying to find a perfect home in London). We contacted Odee to arrange a viewing and we saw a property that we loved. We made an offer straight away only to be told that we don't need to fill out anything (odd, as most property agents usually have their own form). So I sent an email instead about the offer. We were told that the owner was abroad so Odee would call us back. We were re-assured that we were the only one who made an 'offer' and the problem was the landlord was out of reach. Odee always said he would call back but never did, I always ended up calling back. Two weeks later, I spoke to the manager only to find out that the property was already let. NO COURTESY AT ALL TO FOLLOW UP ON OUR OFFER. I feel worthless calling back everytime he said he would call without anything certain. I wouldn't mind if someone told me my offer is not good enough or the landlord rejected our offer whatsoever (by the way I wrote that I was willing to negotiate). BUT MADE US WAIT TWO WEEKS AND CALLING REPEATEDLY (because he never called back when he said he would) was just plain WRONG! We passed on some good properties because we waited for this one (such a wrong move by the way). Sigh, just beware hopefully no one else experience this.

I recently moved to Notting Hill from North London. I was slightly dreading the idea of dealing with some of the larger estate agency chains as have had some bad experiences in the past when looking to rent a property. A work colleague recommended I contact Homesite and I am so pleased that I did. They made the whole process of finding somewhere to rent, in an area that I did not know very well, so straightforward. Their professionalism and expertise of the area was second to none and I felt like I had my own dedicated agent. It was clearly a very busy office but they obviously communicate well with each other as their response rate was so fast if ever I had to leave a message. I felt they really understood what I was looking for right from the beginning and they didn't ever try to push properties that were either over my budget or outside the area that I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Homesite to anyone looking to rent or buy in this area.
